Hi Patricia, what do you attribute your success to?
Hello, My name is Pat from Pbunny Party Favors.

For Pbunny Party Favors , I believe my success come from giving great customer services and being consistent. A lot of my booking are now coming from return customer (aka Bunnies) that fell in love with my work. I believe in making sure my customer has the best experience with my services. My motto is “I want to make your dream come to reality”. I made sure to post on my page at least three to six time a day. The best part for me is making sure my customer love whichever design I had created for theme and if they do not love it then I will do my best to fix it. Putting in a lot of love and positive energy in my work is what keep me going; I believe my customer can see it.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I love create different type of designs and make it look beautiful. Being creative with each customer and making their dream come true is the best feeling. The different from me and others in my filed would be my customer services skills. I love to make sure my customer feels welcome and cherish. I want all my customer to feel that they are my only customer. The most exciting moment was when I got my first customer that was not my family member. It was the best feeling ever to work with them on different ideas and make their vision come true. This is not an easy business to get into but if you love what you do and keep pushing through then it will become easy. Right now, I’m still pushing through and trying different things to get more customers to find me. I know if more people find my page they will fall in love with my work. One lesson, I want to tell everyone is being consistent in posting and always response to your customer quickly. I had to leave to make a schedule for posting to make sure my customer is able to see me. I want the world to know I love making people smile and making them happy is my number one goal. Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
When family and friend come visit me is the best time. I’m from Miami but I move to Tampa, FL for college. Each person is different on what they would like to do but it was me. I would like to take them to Bush Garden during the day for fun time. If the person would like to see the city then I will take them to Bayshore area and drive around the city different sites. At night I would take them to place call 7th and grove for great party life in Ybor. Also, in Ybor is Tampa Improv show where different comedian come to perform. We can walk the Ybor strip to different bars, clubs and place to eat. If you would like to go to the beach in St. Pete area. Now, In Miami when I come with friend down. I will take them to Wynwood to see the artwork on the wall and also they have the best food truck location. Then I will go to South Beach to chill on the beach and relax. Night life will be on South Beach or we may go to a new club call the Da Cave in North Miami area.
