We had the good fortune of connecting with Jama Vinogradov and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jama, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
2 years ago I wouldn’t even imagine myself taking any risk. I had a job where I had worked over 7 years. I loved my job, it was easy, comfortable and very stable. That also means stable salary, didn’t increase much and didn’t decreased. I had my bubble, and I didn’t want to get out. I was so afraid being with no job, or being boss to myself, I guess afraid of responsibility. I was afraid of failure. I had so many ideas what I could have done, but I was so afraid quitting my job. 2020 taught me big lesson, I realized one thing, how I can be available and try other things if I am stuck here, not even trying. My stable job seemed like blocking all my blessings, but timewise literally was blocking, I had to turned down so many opportunities.

I think we should understand when its time… I got all what I needed in my job, they taught me enough and I already stopped growing probably year ago…. that’s when you should feel it and take risk… So I quit! I wanted to pursue my passion as an Artist in different level.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are event planning service. We create picnics, styled to the vibe or occasion that you wish to celebrate: Birthdays, mini wedding ceremony, proposals etc. I think the magic of our picnics , its like from Alice in wonderland Tea party, you just enjoy the art and beauty which surrounds you. Its perfectly picked flower arrangements, details like cutlery, glasses, plates and napkins, As a person who admires any form of art, I truly love creating art on the table set up.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would definitely take her to Versalle museum, Wynwood , delicious brunch places in Brickell

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My big encouragement and my big motivation always has been my baby girl Evaluna Gallardo, I want her to be proud of her mama and take example that women can do everything they want!
