Meet Giordana Vogel | Holistic Health Coach and De La Heart Founder

We had the good fortune of connecting with Giordana Vogel and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Giordana, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
De La Heart was born out of the love and personal necessity to merge my passion of caring for the body, mind and soul through holistic approaches into one place. I never intended to start a business, it was simply a combination of a passion and a vision. My true calling is to make self-care and beauty accessible to everyone so they can too experience more healthful and diverse lives.

What should our readers know about your business?
de la heart has drawn a community of individuals that trust my words, wellness, and lifestyle tips. After years of sharing my tried and trusted rituals through my digital platforms, we entered the beauty-wellness market with our very first product, The Body Massage Tool, inspired by Colombian beauty traditions. After a successful first launch, the collection expanded to a line of 16 SKUs, all meant to get you back to your most beautiful self, starting from the inside out. We plan to relaunch some existing products with ancestral ingredients like coffee beans, coconut and jojoba in 2022. Has it been easy? No! But I have loved every second of it. We focus on always moving forward and trying to innovate to stay relevant. Slow and steady is my motto!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take her to South Pointe park for a sunrise meditation and beach walk–no better way to start your day. Then I would take to her to the Four Seasons Surfside for breakfast, they have the best oat milk lattes.
Most of my friends come to Miami to shop, so I always take them to Miami’s best shopping area, The Miami Design District.
I’m not a big shopper, but ill meet them for lunch at Le Jardinier, a vegetable-driven restaurant located in the area. And one of my favorite restaurants in Miami!
For dinners my favorites are Mandolin, ZZ’s, Carbone, LPM, Leku, Lung Yai Thai Tapas, & Planta.
To visit PAAM, Frost Museum, Rubell Museum, ICA, & Superblue Miami.
Hang out in the afternoons with all the yogis at South Pointe park and join community yoga classes while you’re at it!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My husband, Ronnie. He’s believed in me since day one. He’s supported me from the beginning and pushed me to pursue my dreams and passion in the most authentic way possible. He’s never doubted me once, even when I’ve doubted myself. De La Heart wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for his unconditional support towards me.
