We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffini Johnson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tiffini, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I have so many people in my family who say what they wanted to do, but only a handful of them act on what they wanted. So when I decided to start my own real estate investing business. I did my research and acted.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a real estate investor, realtor, and writer. I value going the extra mile for my clients helping them really understand the cost of buying or renting homes. Showing them the value of saving money and investing while actively planning for their future goals. Helping my clients, colleagues, and readers to trust the process. I also partner with a company that helps my clients rent to own homes even if they do not currently qualify for a mortgage. I got to where I am today because I am consistent. It was a process to focus on one thing at a time and manifest my blessings, but I do it every day. Most people know exactly what they need to do to succeed, however, the sacrifice and discipline it takes to accomplish that goal is too uncomfortable. I choose to live uncomfortable for a season and great for a lifetime.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would start with a Sunday Funday brunch at Blue Moon Fish Company, then head over to Aventura Mall for a little retail therapy and make a quick stop at the Wharf in Fort Lauderdale. Dinner at Eddie V’s of course and then I would close out the night with some live music at Blue Martini Fort Lauderdale. Monday head to Womanish in Miami for some photoshoot fun and a late lunch at Palace in SOBE. Tuesday will be dedicated to pampering. We would spend all day at the Bliss Spa at the W hotel in Fort Lauderdale. Wednesday is Humpday so pick your poison however we will meet up that night for drinks at Blue Martini again, cause why not!. Thursday will be dedicated to our artistic side and we will stop bookstore or two, paint and sip, and end the night at Yolo for some sophisticated dining. Friday! It’s about to go down with the G5 party bus and a lot of ones! Saturday will be filled with a late brunch at American Social and an adults-only skate party at Xtream Action Park in Fort Lauderdale!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to dedicate my shoutout to my siblings. We had so many ups and downs throughout our childhood, yet we always stuck together to get through it no matter what.
