We had the good fortune of connecting with Lester Paredes and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lester, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I was introduced to music when I was 5 because of my father, He was a musician and music teacher, SInce then I have lived music as a lifestyle. I have decided to be in my own music or business when I started to compose original music for myself, to express my feelings and thoughts through my language which is the music. Then I kept doing my original music for my own albums and film projects, and became a film composer and producer. All of that besides work as a musician, composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist with different organization companies and artist around the world

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My art is about music and being human, I feel the music in different ways, as a language, as an expression, as a profession and lifestyle. I am so proud of being part of the biggest company of entertainment of the world as it is Cirque du Soleil, that one I can say is ones of my big success in my life and career, but also have the chance to put my brand in my own music in different films as a composer and musician makes ver me proud as well, The trust of other colleagues and professionals put into me is great

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My favorites places in miami to eat, drink and hang out are Love life Cafe, Upper Buena Vista, Midtown, Design District, Square Pie Pizza time Out and a lot of good restaurants

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Firstly, I owe all my success and what I am to my family, my parents were and are my support in everything I wanted to do with my life and my career. I have studied and graduated in the Simon Bolivar Conservatory, and also in the Central University of Venezuela, and this is my success in the academic path, but also I have had the support of all this friends, companies, artist and musicians in general too believed in my work as a musician and human
