We had the good fortune of connecting with Neiba Salinas and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Neiba, what do you want your legacy to be?
I want to be remembered for being a kind, compassionate person, I want to be remembered for helping others, I am a believer that kindness conquers most.
I believe that kindness can change lives, heal wounds, and most certainly help others.

But I want to be remembered not just as someone who is kind, compassionate, and helps others; I want to actually BE someone who is kind, compassionate, and helps others, whether I am remembered for it or not. Helping my family overcome challenges and obstacles, helping strangers (that become friends) pursue their passions and everything in between.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I become an architect designer at 22 years old, I think at that moment I was 100% sure that that career was everything that I want to do in my life, but now I know that social media help me express who I am and it’s been a long way but I’m sure that I can combine both of my passions designing and create content for social media. I can for sure say it was not easy, but someone told me “The only person stopping you, is you,” and I try to always keep that in mind.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Definitely I i take them to the most representative places in Miami like Miami beach, Miami design district, to name a few, and to many more places around the city.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
God in the first place. My husband has been my foundation through it all, he always pushes me to be a better version of myself every single day and always supports my dreams. And last but not least my Family they are a big part of my inspiration & motivation every single day.
