We had the good fortune of connecting with Christina Daniels and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Christina, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
Discipline, consistency, and minding my own business. I’ve found that life will always throw some type of problem my way and the goal is to overcome distractions and obstacles with these habits. There are days when the results don’t match my effort and I’ve got to keep going.

There are days where I feel responsible to help everyone around me and I’ve got to let go false responsibilities. And there have been days when my numbers have trended down and I still had to keep going. There is a resilience that I’ve built to keep going despite all the setbacks, distractions, negativity, and self-doubt. And I’ve learned that the next level is always on the other side of conquering the current challenge.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m excited that I get to help people that are in deep need of healing, but are too embarrassed to share their story with the world. My clients are often survivors of toxic relationships, individuals struggling to find harmony within their relationships/marriage, and individuals that struggle with overwhelming emotions. Whatever side of the coin they land on, it’s a painful journey and I’m beyond grateful to be a light guiding them through this process.

As an empath, I was once afraid to feel the pain that others were carrying. But, I’ve learned to turn my pain into power. I realized that I wasn’t a victim and my gifting was to help others feel understood, seen, loved, and supported as they unlearn pain and become their full authentic and powerful self.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’m a foodie at heart. Houstons, First Watch, Carmela’s Coffee, Utopia Juice Bar, and Living Green are my go to for food. For girls nights, La Mexicana is so fun because it’s authentically Mexican and it’s okay to dance. I haven’t been to Taverna Opa in a while, but I enjoyed this family style restaurant that allowed you to throw napkins, dance on tables, and scream “OPA!”

But honestly, South Florida is amazing. I’ve made it a habit to try new restaurants with my friends for almost every outing. It was a treat to experience places like the Wharf, the Rock Bar, and authentic Jamaican cuisines from Bar One.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I am so thankful for my family, mentor, and close friends. Every seed they’ve sowed into my heart has manifested into my life as confidence and feelings of safety.
