Hi Yvonne, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Success comes after long days dealing with the uncertain, adapting to demands trends and clients expectations. Willing to give everything hing that we had, YSP Glow Lab started with the vision of running a profitable business in a foreign country by providing high-end aesthetician services in a caring, upscale, professional environment. Our goal is to tailor the client’s experience based on initial interview information, as well as feedback during the treatments, to ensure the client’s comfort and satisfaction, and to increase repeat business. We are mindful of the overall experience – using only the finest products , beauty treatments and aromatherapies. Special lighting, music, decor, and textiles are used throughout the spa to complete the comfortable, plush environment and enhance the client’s overall spa experience.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
YSP Glow LAB is a new upscale destination in Miami Florida, located in Calle 8 next to Brickell City Center , offering a complete day spa experience. We offer ultra-comfortable treatment rooms with the finest spa linens and equipment. We also offer facial and body treatments, such as Vitamin C Antioxidant & Anti-Free Radical Treatments. The day spa has the latest in anti-aging products and techniques. Also providing services including Lashes, eyebrow, waxing, body sculpting treatments and Manicure Pedicures.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I will love to take her for luch to Casa Tua, in Brickell City Center were there’s plenty of choices available for all tastes. After that i would take her for a walk around Key Biscayne light house, in the afternoon i would take her to visit Wyndwood, where we can take a delicious donut at Salty donut to share, visit wyndwood walls and of course ending the day at YSP GLOW LAB with a relaxing facial Guasha-massage and jelly pedicure

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I will have a special mention for my husband Inigo Iceta who helped me in the process of opening business in a foreign country with all that it implies. In addition i would like to consider all those first clients family and friends who help us on our first stages. People involved in the construction and design such as @paoh.art
