We had the good fortune of connecting with Stefano Nichele and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Stefano, what’s your definition for success?
Success is looking behind you, looking at obstacles you were able to overcome, looking at your past and see how far you have come from that starting point. Harder the battle, sweeter the victory.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I started as a freelance photographer, it wasnt easy starting from zero and actually standout from tons of talented photographers. My moody and edgy colors always give a certain vibe to the situation my pictures are shot, that’s what I always try to accomplish, something that it would be out of the ordinary and peole can have a pleasant experience by looking at my photos. The most difficult part of street photography is talking to people and ask them if it’s ok for them to be featured on my page, language was aa barrier since I was born in italy and i still have an accent but slowly I’ve learned to just go with the flow and actually stopped overthinking and just being the real creative myself.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Piola Pizza – I think every person living/visiting Miami should try once.

Kussifay – best spot for real Argentinian cuisine located in Hollywood, FL.

Wynwood, my favorite spot because of the local & international art and vibrant shops.

Little Havana, because who doesn’t like a good cigar?!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Balarama Holness – Leader of Mouvement Montreal & Bloc Montreal.

He believed in my photography since day 1 by asking out of nowhere & in less than 24hrs to follow him at his Political Party’s announcement. I want to say thank you for believing in me and my work.
