Meet Brooke Hall | CCO of EverWrap.com

We had the good fortune of connecting with Brooke Hall and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Brooke, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
I believe most adults are born with their risk values – how they prioritize safety and consistency versus big risks for big rewards. I myself, am a risk taker, and I don’t think it’s a choice. I simply live for today’s decisions in what feels right and will live with the repercussions when they come. That doesn’t mean I fly by the seat of my pants… I’m a planner and I weigh out decisions. But when something feels like it’s going to work for me, I roll with it and will have to face failure if it comes. This approach has helped me win in a big way. Sure, I’ve had some losses, but not looking back once I have made a decision has led to confidence and a “This Has to Work” mindset. When I opened my first business, our family home was tied to the financing. In short, we would lose our home if it didn’t work. Nothing says “Get to work!” more than that kind of risk. And I did, and it paid off very well financially.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My favorite kind of travel is a stay-cation. A perfect weekend would be a beautiful drive up the windy mountain roads to McCall, Idaho with the top down on the Jeep and Dave Matthews Band echoing off of the Canyon. After some gas station Krispy Krunchy Chicken, we would head to Ponderosa State Park for a couple hours of pickleball with the locals. An artisan sandwich at a nearby local bakery, Evening Rise will have us swooning. A rest in the shade by Payette Lake, researching the tale of Sharlie the Lake Monster will round out the day nicely. There’s nothing like some fresh mountain air to recharge.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Shoutout to Jackie Taylor, my franchise coach. Through her deep understanding of the franchise we were apart of, and extreme creativity around employee retention and performance expectations, I learned how to build a successful team. She guided me through hard conversations, goal setting, and has become a great friend and inspiration to me.
