We had the good fortune of connecting with Holly Baron and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Holly, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?

One specific habit that has helped me evolve into the person that I am growing to be is having a clear-cut morning routine. My morning routine consists of 7 key elements, prayer, exercise, affirmations, journaling, reading, meditation, as well as listening to audio in the morning. I hold myself to a standard of waking up during the golden hour between 4:30-5 AM, every morning and begin my day. I’ve actively been doing my morning routine consistently for about 2 1/2 years. The amount of growth I’ve been able to internally experience is truly significant. I like to implement what I call a “Savers” routine. S is for silence, A is for affirmations, V is for visualization, E for exercise, R is for reading and S is for scribing (journaling).

My morning routine has taught me significant things such as discipline to make sure to start my day on the right foot. I tell myself every single day I have to challenge myself to get through my routine because staying organized is key to tracking my growth. Secondly, I am developing myself not for the good days but because I know there will be character-building days in the future, that’s my development purpose. Personal development is for not the ‘springs of life’ when all the fruits are coming to fruition, it’s for the winters when the seeds don’t seem to sprout.

Secondly what has assisted with my success, is scheduling mental health and social media breaks one day of the week. Those days I enjoy being with my dog and walking on the beach. That is a day for me to get out and enjoy life.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.

A couple of things that have been able to truly set me apart from the others. Number one is understanding that the art of being successful is consistency. Understanding that we’ve been brought up in the “microwave effect” generation. The microwave generation means that we expect success quickly, without considering the growth period. In the act of paying it forward, I’ve been able to mentor over a hundred individuals, I take no credit for my mindset, I truly give that all up to God. I’ve been blessed with an amazing foundation from my parents/mentors that has allowed me to grow. I’ve been raised in a very educationally important driven family, which is a positive attribute – raised to believe that your education plus who you know will be the two biggest keys in life. Looking from the outside in, I had a lot of these boxes checked off; From supportive family, friends, access to education as well as being an extrovert. But within I realized how much I did not fit the mold I was intended to match, having a learning disability made school significantly challenging at times. I resented school honestly because of the constant comparison to my siblings, cousins, and peers. The expectancy of being “successful” without knowing how is thought that forever lived within my head. That prominent thought, Is exactly how my brand came to fruition. The ability to guide other “Black Sheep”, on how to become an entrepreneur, develop the mindset, the network plus the income with the overall skill sets necessary.

Your network is the net worth, that’s imperative to understand yourself. Evaluate the five most frequent individuals that you speak to consistently. I evolved from struggling in school, having low confidence, and not being the strongest mentally completely “ The Black Sheep”. To position me to be mentored by moguls within the business space. So what I’ve learned is to understand consistency, and to block out the noise ”. You might not always be “The Black Sheep” but you can be gold. It just depends on what set of eyes you’re looking through.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

Having any of my friends come visit Miami is an experience I never want them to forget. As Floridians, we sometimes take for granted being able to be close to our beautiful beaches and all the amazing characteristics that Miami has to offer. I’m the type of individual that loves to show my friends all the different aspects of Miami from nature, to food, to the different cultures within our city. I always start the first day with a beach day in the morning when the water is clear and the sun is rising. Secondly, I’ll have to show them the different sides of Miami. From Downtown Miami, The Design District, Wynwood, and Fort Lauderdale. Allowing them to experience, my favorite restaurants, bars, and hidden gems throughout these areas. In true Miami fashion, we’ll have to enjoy a boat day. The water is something truly iconic and like no other when it comes to living in Miami. Lastly, a quick drive over the 7-mile bridge to Key West to check out the historic Duval Street.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?

This is my favorite part of the interview! I truly have amazing mentors, key thing about having a mentor is being able to know when to keep someone accountable, knowing when to be their friend, as well as knowing when to push them out of their comfort zone. [b][c]
It’s important to be able to have a couple of different mentors for the different aspects of your life. You wouldn’t want to utilize one mentor for all aspects of life. Having a mentor that excels in the numbers aspect of the business to provide spiritual advice. So the incredible mentors I have are Michael Rodriguez, to give you a back story on Michael he is a 21-year-old legend, within the crypto/network marketing space he’s been able to impact more than 2,000 individuals’ lives. Not even including myself but he’s been able to duplicate multiple six-figure earners including some of his family members within his business. Michael’s an individual that I know will forever love me for who I am but will always push me out of my comfort zone because he sees me as who I’m evolved to be and not who I was.
My 2nd Mentor is Kevin Torres, you might know him as Neno, from “Mornings With Neno”. Neno is my spiritual mentor, he’s the reason why I’ve been able to be so spiritually inclined growing my morning routine and my mindset as well as teaching me how to be able to evolve as a successful individual when it comes to the space of business in my way of thinking. Other than myself, Neno has been able to impact more than thousands of lives through his morning talk show “Mornings with Neno”, being a mentor to more than 2500+ individuals. As well as being a motivational speaker traveling all over the world from Florida, New York, Barcelona, and London teaching people how to shape their mindset. He has also started a baseball Academy in the Dominican Republic for young boys to be able to be selected for a professional baseball team. Lastly, his “Mornings with Neno” Podcasts are rated 61 in the entire business podcast Genre. I would describe Neno as someone’s definition of consistent, with regards to his teaching style for having the proper mindset for becoming an entrepreneur, plus his effective business strategies and habits. [d][e]My father has been one of the most influential individuals when it comes to business space. I am so grateful for being able To see firsthand what it takes for an entrepreneur to always have that consistency and drive. Since childhood, I’ve observed what it would take to be an entrepreneur. From waking up at 5 AM, maintaining an exercise routine, understanding that you have to evolve when it comes to the business, and lastly continually educating yourself.

Lastly, I’ve learned significantly from Ian Jackson, Ian is one of the individuals I can say I am grateful for when it comes to my entrepreneurship journey. He’s been able to allow me to grow through making mistakes and questioning if this path was for me but has always met me with love. Other than being an amazing mentor to myself Ian’s been able to guide more than 2500 individuals when it comes to the crypto space.
