Hi Daphne, Jessica & Vanessa, what do you want your legacy to be?
No matter how great of a turnout we have at an event, the most important part to us is that we provided the best experience to our clients from beginning to end. We strive in building relationships and making sure our clients not only feel at ease but most importantly gain our trust. While part of our legacy is to provide you with the most memorable event, we also hope we are remembered for the exceptional service we provided throughout the process.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Personally Designed Events “PDE” was founded by Daphne, Jessica, and Vanessa. PDE was built on the belief that every moment is worth celebrating and adding just the right personal touch will make that moment even more memorable.

We pride ourselves in making sure that each and every client enjoys and loves their event from beginning to end. Whether planning, designing, or coordinating, each event is treated as a brand new page in our book of amazing and memorable occasions. We truly believe that extra touch of personality is what takes an event from ordinary to extraordinary!

From the beginning, putting our passion and hearts together has been the main driving factor to bring this dream to life. Starting any business is never easy, but doing it as a team of three and watching PDE become what it is today has been nothing but special.

In the industry of event planners and designers, you are constantly challenged to take risks. When planning an event, you always have to think about how you can take your ideas to the next level. New things are always on the rise and it’s important to remind yourself you shouldn’t replicate them. Instead, you have to take a risk and figure out how you can make it different and stand out from the rest. Although it can sometimes be scary, it is also very exciting! Our team brings such different ideas to the table and together we challenge ourselves to make each design better than the one before.

As we continue to grow, we want the world to know we are a trifecta of certified, experienced planners and over-the-top thinkers who pride themselves in delivering an event filled with personality.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
While Miami is an ever-changing destination, we’d make sure to explore traditional spots such as Havana Harrys and Joe’s Stone Crab as well as some of the newer spots like 1800 Lucky and Salty Donut.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
A huge shoutout goes out to our dear friend Naomi Valle who has been fundamental in the jumpstarting and growth of our business and our husbands for all their donated manpower hours throughout this process.
