We had the good fortune of connecting with Céline Magnano Caullet and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Céline, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
I have always been interested in music since my very young age and wanted to continue in this way. Music is a huge part of my life, that why I created CMC studio. I’m also singer for many years now. It helps me a lot in my duties everyday. In my job I’m playing music, helping bands to grow and meeting new people, things I like to do!
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
The most important part of my job is to devellop the artistic side of musical projets. I’m also sound engineering, I’m recording bands in my studio. Few years ago in partnership with Valéry Zeitoun, we set up our big projet called ‘’CMC MASTERCLASS’’. This main goal is to help musicians to create and promote their musical project.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
First, in the morning I will bring him for a hike in Fontainebleau Forest, then for a brunch on a barge in Paris on La seine. For afternoon we will have a jam session in my studio. We will have dinner in restaurant called « Dans Le Noir » in paris, it’s restaurant in total dark. Finally, we will going to see a gig in Caveau de la Huchette (parisian jazz club)
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My ex husband helped me a lot to set un my buisness. He gaves me the keys to etablish my business plan and was a strong financially and moraly support. I would not be abble to create my company without him.
