We had the good fortune of connecting with Tatiana Bravo and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tatiana, what role has risk played in your life or career?
I feel that the word risk gets a bad reputation and connotation, similar to failure. The definition of Risk is “a situation involving exposure to danger.” but I believe without risk there is no reward, and as they say, nothing great comes out of your comfort zone. Everything in life is a risk, life in general is a risk because we are never promised tomorrow. Risk enables us to achieve greatness, without taking risks we would not be where we are as a society. We would not be able to travel on airplanes, travel the world, we wouldn’t have inventors or visionaries. The role that risk has played in my life and career has been life changing. Once I changed my mindset and realized that risk and failure are positive things and that all successful people have failed many times I became unstoppable. I welcomed risk and failure in my life and actually looked forward to it. With my mindset change, I was able to take more risks both in my personal and professional life, embrace failure and have achieved great results and success from it. I have a long way to go to achieve all the goals I have but I know that the only way to achieve that is by taking risks. After all, the greatest risk in life is to risk nothing.

What should our readers know about your business?
I started my business as a Transaction Coordinator because I wanted to help real estate agents achieve work-life balance and leverage their businesses. As a former, real estate agent myself, I realized how much work goes into being a agent let alone succeed in the industry. It’s definitely not as easy as they make it seem on television. Industry experts have estimated that the number of realtors that fail in their first few years of business is close to 90%. My goal is to help alleviate some of the agents pain points, contracts and administrative tasks! Once a buyer or seller goes under contract there is a million things that one must stay on top of to ensure the deal closes. There’s many parties involved and communication is key. This can take between 15-20 hours of an agents time, that’s where I come in… allowing agent to have more time to spent on other income producing activities, In addition to helping real estate agents , I also started my company because I dream of having the freedom to work when and how I want. I think the majority of entrepreneurs goal is to achieve freedom and flexibility of their time. I also envision my company growing exponentially and being able to create opportunities for other women to have freedom and flexibility of their time. My journey has been far from easy. have encountered many failures but I like to see failures as a redirection to try again with a different approach. I overcome challenges by simply embracing failure and remembering that every rejection is a redirection. I am most proud of taking a risk and starting my business, it has been an idea that I’ve had for a while and was too scared to do it. I am excited to see what the future holds for me and my business as well as all the additional services and resources I will be providing to agents to help them not only achieve work-life balance but also help leverage their business and not be a statistic.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Miami is such a great place to visit with endless things to do. Heck I should know, I live where others vacation! 😉 I would visit Venetian pool, a personal favorite of mine, growing up my mom used to take my siblings and I there when we were kids, so this beautiful, unique and historic pool has a special place in my heart. We would tour the beautiful City of Coral Gables, sight see the historic homes and most importantly visit the 8 villages within Coral Gables. I would take him/her to the Biltmore Hotel and do the tour so he/she can learn the history of the City. Btw, very interesting story, so if you haven’t gone I would highly recommend going and the best part is.. it’s FREE. Have lunch or dinner at the Hillstone. We’d do a Cultural and Food Walking Tour through Little Havana, I was born and raised there and spent most of my childhood in this area. Go to Miami beach and enjoy and the beautiful beaches and weather we have year round. Then we would do the Art Deco Walking Tour in Miami Beach and eat at the Versace Mansion. At night time we would hit the night life in Wynwood, probably Astra and Dirty Rabbit so they could experience the true Miami nightlife. I’d take them for brunch at Midtown’s SUGARCANE and tour the neighborhood. We’d also visit Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and Fairchild Tropical Museum and eat lunch at Greenstreet Cafe. Lastly, I would take them to the Frost Museum and go to their laser show which only occurs once a month.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Wow, where do I begin.. First and foremost, God deserves all the credit in all my success and achievements. Without him, I wouldn’t be as strong and resilient as I am. My family is another source of strength. Their unconditional love and support is what keeps me going and motivates me to do and be better. My parents came to this country as immigrants like many of us, with nothing, just 3 kids and a dream of giving us a better life. I can’t imagine what it must feel like having to leave your country, leaving all your friends & family and starting over. My parents have molded me to be hard-working, independent, humble, and most importantly to always give back to others in need. Traits that I cherish, as I am a big believer that the real success in life is being able to have humility and give back to others, especially when you are in the position to do so. Having money, power and success means nothing if you don’t pay it forward. My sister has influenced the way I carry myself and to be ambitious. We have always had a friendly competition amongst each other and that has influenced the woman I am today. She has always carried herself gracefully, she’s a leader and does not bend her morals or beliefs for anyone. She is also strong and truly admirable. My brother, has a heart of gold, always willing to help and loyal. Brave, and I say that because he is a Navy Veteran. He is resilient and shows me that no matter what obstacles comes your way, you face it head on and keep pushing. Lastly, my boyfriend also deserves credit, he has been extremely supportive in my journey and has always showed me unconditional love, for that I am forever grateful.
