The most important factor behind my success is genuineness. I aim to not only help a client to buy or sell a house, I aim to change a life. I put myself in the shoes of the buyer or seller and do all that I can to not only help them to buy or sell, but to buy smart or sell smart. When I use the term smart I am referring to my process of advising a client. The process begins with a thorough analysis of the client’s goals, the market and the economy. From there, I let the client know if it is a good time to buy or sell. I then put together a strategy based on the climate of the market that ensures my client achieves their goals. The most important factor behind the success of my brand is faith, passion and purpose. The first step in starting a business is taking a leap of faith, and believing that you can achieve whatever it is you will set out to do. My whole brand began at a very difficult time in my life, where the only option I had was to have faith in God, and this crazy idea he put in my heart. Jennifer Rose | Studio Owner & Artistic Director of South Florida Ballet

The most important factor behind the success of my studio is staying true to who I am and remembering why I began teaching. I enjoy all styles of dance, but my passion is and always will be ballet. I opened my studio with the intention of having a dance curriculum with ballet as the foundation, which is why I chose the name, South Florida Ballet.
