The most important thing for success is to define what is success for you. If we are talking about job, then to find which job would you like to do even if you are not paid for it, to find what is your passion. Everyone has some talent. And life is designed to make money from that talent. You should work because you love what you do, not because it brings you money. And when you love what you do, you’re the best in that job. And when you are the best at something, then success is not lacking and material abundance also comes to you. Read more>>

By far, the most important factor behind our success has been our customers and followers on Instagram. We are a small ran operation with no brick & mortar, no mailing list, no marketing budget, no long list of pop ups for exposure. We have been able to grow the way we have thus far on only the word of mouth of our amazing customers. When they order, they tell friends and family about us or share their sweets with them! Our followers are also great with taking pictures of the sweets they order & tagging us on Instagram. There’s a point where in our local area “Guiltless Treats” is known simply because its seen so much on Instagram stories. It has caused a buzz and also a trust where strangers are following us & ordering just because they know so many people that have. Read more>>

The most important factor behind my success is my tenacity. As business owners when things don’t go our way; when we don’t meet our business goals, when the public doesn’t respond to our products the way we expect them to, one can become easily discouraged. But my determination and persistence has always been one attribute about me that people admire and I would give my success and future success to that. Read more>>

Undoubtedly, the most important thing behind the success of my brand is authenticity and genuine passion. Working on issues related to the welfare of women and girls is a deeply personal endeavor and a life long dream. The support What Women Want Ja receives from the general public is directly tied to the large amounts of effort that the team places on bringing awareness to the myriad of issues affecting women and girls in Jamaica as well as the consistency with which the organization works to aid in the eradication of some of these issues.
