The most important thing my career has taught me is to stay consistent and humble with my work and work ethic. I always remind myself to keep going regardless of any obstacles or challenges that may come up! Don’t listen to the naysayers or take what they say to heart who cares what anyone thinks. The most important and critical lesson we have learned of entrepreneurship of an emerging franchise is you have to be flexible and roll with the punches. There are many times that you have a vision of what you want to accomplish but, business life has a funny way of showing you that it’s not always glitz and glamour being an entrepreneur. You have to become flexible and constantly problem solve when things don’t go properly or as you expect them to. There are a lot of long days and nights trying to make sure everything runs smoothly and that we are prepared to provide our guests with the most magical experience onboard our baking bus.
