We had the good fortune of connecting with Linda Vincent and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Linda, what inspires you?
I am inspired by serving others.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am a South Florida Realtor and Motivational Speaker. I truly and wholeheartedly am moved by helping first time home-buyers build wealth through purchasing their home. The main aspect of what sets me apart from many is although I am a Realtor, but I am also a Motivational Speaker. I focus on helping women who are struggling with motivation, discipline and empowerment to change their mindset. I am where I am today by making the decision to create new habits, discipline and commitment to help me succeed. It was not easy to become more disciplined but I kept the right people around me to hold me accountable and keep me motivated. I have learned along the way that I needed to trust the process and that failure is a part of success. I want everyone to know that I am here to serve them in any way that I can which includes helping folks purchase or sell their home. I am also available if they need a Coach to help them develop their mindset as well as speaking engagements at their events.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would start off by taking my friends to a Sunday brunch at Alberte’s Restaurant, a Haitian cuisine in the City of Oakland Park in Broward County, Florida. Subsequently, I would take them to spend the afternoon at the Fort Lauderdale Beach and later on in the evening, I would head down to Wynwood for a night of viewing beautiful art. Finally, as we would close the night, I would take them to Douce Lounge in Miramar, FL to watch a live Haitian Band perform and dance the night away with some flavorful Kompa Music.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Heidi Lequerique is my mentor and broker at Real Estate Boutique of SO FLA. She came into my life in a season when I was trying to decide exactly where I wanted to take my career in Real Estate. When I met Heidi, she immediately took me under her wings and became my mentor. She patiently answered every question, lovingly calmed my fears of entrepreneurship; she taught me the art of being an entrepreneur and how to effectively manage my time. Moreover, I also had the pleasure of working with Coach Danie Spikes who helped me finetune my speaking career and build my other business, She Motivates LLC and because of her, I was able to host my third annual She Motivates Vision Brunch this year which was a complete success. Lastly, Chef Ana Blanco-Smith taught me the importance of being intentional about what I eat and how I take care of my body. These three women combined has helped me to grow personally and professionally.
