We had the good fortune of connecting with Alejandro Gonzalez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alejandro, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
In 1998 I started ASACOL Services as a Training Consulting firm in Colombia, SA, which is where I am originally from. Training is my passion; however, my second passion has always been computers, so in 2008, when I moved back to the USA, I started A+ PC Clinic, which is a daughter company of ASACOL Services. I have kept a clear mind of what my companies represent and a focus on where I want to go in the future. I still operate both companies, although ASACOL Services changed from Training Consulting to Mobile Notarization but overall the success of my companies has been my Customer Service skills.

I take pride in my Customer Service skills. We live in a technological world which has declined in human factor unfortunatelly; therefore, I find it imperative that, no matter what the issue is, I provide the utmost customer service experience for all my clients. Many customers have told me how they had a lower cost person or company who repaired their computers but were very happy to pay my fees because of how I treat them and teach them how to maintain their computers. Customer Service is not just treating my customers politely or in a nice manner, it is the entire experience for the customer from start to finish, and sometimes beyond that.

I strive to make the best out of every situation and to move forward, and by doing this I reflect my shine to my customers and their experience when they deal with me. Customer Service and knowledge, of course, go hand in hand.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
In 2008 I decided to start A+ PC Clinic, it has been a very difficult road, as I get the most odd requests from customers but by setting time aside to study and keep up to date with trends and technology I have been able to come out ahead and provide better service to my customers; however, as I explained before, my customer service skills have set a stamp on my track record.

In 2019 I decided to start working as a Mobile Notary for Real Estate, it has also been a struggle but I love it! Both companies give me the time I need to spend with my family. Once again, through my customer service skills I have been able to comfort a lot of families whom believe the lender is trying to take advantage of them. I go on and beyond my duty to make the customers feel at ease and make it a memorable experience.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Every time someone comes to Miami for the first time, I take them to Lincoln Road, to walk along the shops and see the beautiful people. Also, to Hard Rock Casino because of the guitar shaped building. The evergaldes air boat tour is a must so they can come in close contact with an alligator. The different malls in town, depending on the person who visits. As per restaurants, there are too many to name but we could go to Aromas del Peru, 94th Aero Squadron, Havana Harry’s, Toro Toro, Casablanca, Sushi Make, Bubba Tea n Smoothies, and I encourage everyone to go to Chicken Kitchen 🙂

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There is one person that normally goes unrecognized in my initial effort to start a computer repair and maintenance company, his name is Mario Insuasty. Mario lives in Colombia but he is the one that initially trained me, in an intensive manner, and that led me to seek out more knowledge and to start A+ PC Clinic.

Another person, is my best friend, Carlos Cardona, who told me that Mobile Notarizations existed and urged me to purse it as a new career, I did and I thank him every time I have a chance.

Finally, my daughter Alejandra Gonzalez Perez, who believes in me and helps me become a better person day in and day out.
