Meet Alex Bernadotte | Actor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Alex Bernadotte and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alex, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
I’ve always been a creative person, know what I’m saying. Whether it was drawing, acting, music, or playing sports, I always try to do things in the most creative and try to think out of the box. But after I was done playing football, I had a feeling of emptiness and I knew I needed to fill the void with something; so I discovered that something in acting.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Being an actor is like asking a woman that you really like to be your girl and having to wait days, weeks, even months for an answer. To eventually receiving the answer by seeing them with someone else lol.

I’m proud of all my accomplishments, but I haven’t reached my goals yet. And yes there’s been a lot of challenges but, not to sound cliche but you have to fall in love with the process nahmean.

One lesson I learned through this process is that you have to trust it and if God is not in the forefront of said process than you’re just be stuck on treadmill going nowhere.

Naw but the one thing I really want to see you win.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I don’t really get out much but if it’s best friend visiting me, for breakfast we’ll hit up Jets cafe, just spoons, or kekes breakfast cafe. For lunch/dinner probably get some Nothing But Wings from lauderhill mall, lulus burgers (by the beach), Hooks, or some Haitian food from Creole Bistro.

And like I said i don’t really hangout much but some of the spots I’ve been to that were fun are, Museum of Discovery and Science, Bowling at gulfstream, Topgolf, Xtreme action park, or The Hardrock.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to dedicate this shoutout to my little brother Chris. I miss you, I love you, and I think about you everyday lil bro!
