Hi Alexandra Silva, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Networking! My ability to connect authentically with people. I am my BRAND. My brand is how people feel while doing business with me. Every interaction that you have with your contacts need to be who you are and what you stand for. To me, your BRAND is your secret power.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take them to Wynwood‘s in Miami for some fun and art. North Miami beach is always a good time. We would book a spa day at the fountain blue and hang out by the pool area for some relaxation.
On Saturday night I would get reservations at COTE Miami for dinner and good music.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My shoutout goes out to my amazing and supportive Networking alliances. When I launched my marketing and PR firm Xandra Marketing they all showed up for me. My network was my biggest cheerleader and still is to this day. Your Network is your Networth! This was a great reminder that the seeds that you plant early on in your career will pay off.
