We had the good fortune of connecting with Stacey Feldman and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Stacey, how do you define success?
Success means different things to different people. To me if you have a true passion for what you do. If you are constantly inspired by the people you’re working for & the people you surround yourself with. If you’re meeting and exceeding goals, and always setting new goals for yourself. If you work hard, and stay true to yourself. If you aren’t afraid to say no to things that aren’t right for you. If you have earned the respect of others you admire and respect. True success is about you working on bettering yourself, and striving to master your craft. When times tough you never quit that’s what success means to me.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community? What sets you apart from other?
What sets me apart from others? My slogan is “Stand Out From The Crowd” I believe it’s important that each event each wedding represents who it’s for. We put your love in the details. I truly believe you get what you give. The reason I am where I am today & will be where I am tomorrow is through the relationships I have developed with clients, venues and vendors over the years. I work really hard, go above the call of duty, do everything I can to make the planning process an amazing memorable experience from beginning to end, and I genuinely care about my clients, and care for their special day like it’s my very own. My business has grown mainly from word of mouth. I am grateful for the referrals and recommendations. And want to make those who have sent clients to me proud.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would probably start the day as a Spa day at Faena or Mandarin Oriental, then lunch & tour of the Versace Mansion, then tour Vizcaya Museum & Gardens & back to downtown Delray Beach to my favorite restaurant Dada & drinks here in downtown Delray. I love my amazing little town 🙂
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I definitely want to thank my family and friends for being so incredibly supportive over the years. I also want to thank my amazing industry friends: fellow planners, vendors and venues who have always been so wonderful and welcoming to me. And last but definitely not least my past clients and current who are some of the most special people on this planet.
