We had the good fortune of connecting with Alexis Mastrogianni and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alexis, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
When I founded Virtual Integrity Partners, my primary concern was, ‘How can this venture not only open doors of opportunity but also secure my family’s financial future?’ Having navigated the entrepreneurial landscape for six years, I understand its challenges. There came a moment when I nearly transitioned back to traditional employment. However, a decisive opportunity presented itself, inspiring me to establish a virtual assistant business. This decision marked a significant shift, not just in financial terms for my family, but also in reigniting my passion and purpose. My focus evolved from personal achievements to a dedication towards serving others. This service-oriented mindset is now the foundation of my interactions with clients, my team, and my family. It’s about creating a supportive environment where everyone’s growth is prioritized, blending business with a sense of community and mutual support.

What should our readers know about your business?
Virtual Integrity Partners is a virtual assistant company for busy executives and entrepreneurs. We provide highly experienced assistants to help you achieve work-life balance, optimize your business and implement your vision. We are built on the foundations of integrity, transparency and trust. A huge win for our company was becoming a 6-figure business only 11 months into our first year of business. We are a woman and Latina owned business that has built its foundation of success on collaboration and partnership building.

What I am most proud of is the quality of service and assistance we bring to our clients. We aren’t your ordinary assistants, we like to call ourselves “partners” because we believe that when you get assigned your dedicated assistant, they aren’t just there to service you on a surface level, they are there to be your thought partner and help you optimize/grow your business to where you envision it to be. To have someone that you can trust to be your right hand and be a part of the journey with you is truly priceless and that is exactly what we offer.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My favorite spots in the city would be to take them to yummy restaurants down in Las Olas to grab brunch at Louie Bossi’s or to go and have dinner in Miami at “Dolores but You Can Call Me Lolita” with beautiful views and vibes.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to dedicate my shoutout to my husband, Giovanni. As parent of three little ones, running a start up business would be close to impossible without his unconditional support. He has supported me in my business, helped me keep my head up when I wanted to give up, took care of everything in the house and for the kids when I wasn’t able to and most of all believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. I’m beyond grateful for the partner, husband and friend I have in Giovanni forever and always.
