We had the good fortune of connecting with Andrea Maria Sampere Agüera and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Andrea Maria, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
At first I would like to clarify that I do not consider my work a business. Today my job consists of accompanying people through their crisis or working on their symptoms. It’s been 30 years since I graduated as a doctor and I practice healthcare. During these years my way of observing people and symptoms changed, thanks to the progressive incorporation of homeopathy, astrology and biological decoding. And this process is related to situations in my personal life that led me to look for tools to transform crises into opportunities.
Nothing was strictly planned by me, it was destiny that led me here, although many times I tried to resist.
So behind my current practice, behind every encounter with a patient, there is a mysterious chain of opportunities that I took, many hours of study, and a genuine need to do what I really like.
When I graduated as a doctor, at 25 years old, I never thought that I would become a homeopath, astrologist and biological decoder, in fact I didn’t even want to get close to those sciences. Now I enjoy my work in the space of which I am the creator and founder, surrounded by nature. ( Espacio Parana @amsiento_espacio_parana) . And I firmly believe that where there is a crisis there is an opportunity: WEICHI

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I believe that the integration of medicine with homeopathy, astrology and biological decoding makes my way of caring for patients very unique.
They are not usually sciences that are usually integrated.
Each one gave me different ways of observing the patient and many more possibilities to work on the symptoms.
Although today homeopathy, astrology and biological decoding have their earned place in the field of health and well-being, 25 years ago it was not the same.
I remember that when I said what I was studying at that moment, they looked at me with a surprised look.
But nothing stopped me because in my times of crisis it was these tools that convinced me to study them. Everything I studied, I first tested it as a patient and corroborated its usefulness.
The combination that generated what I am now is my ability to study and acquire new knowledge, my curiosity, my constant search for meaning, my need to be where the heart beats. When I was a little girl I dreamed of being a stewardess and language translator…
Although I did not study those professions, my destiny ended up being the same: since my job is to accompany personal trips and translate body symptoms with the languages that I was incorporating: homeopathy, astrology and biological decoding

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
The city of Buenos Aires is absolutely unique and for all tastes. I live in Olivos, on the outskirts of the city, which is a quieter, smaller but very nice space. When friends come from other parts of the world, we like to take them to tour the neighborhoods of San Telmo, Palermo, La Boca, Recoleta, Puerto Madero.Get to know the Obelisk, the Colon Theater, Corrientes Street, Caminito, the Cathedral, the Plaza de Mayo.
Enjoy a stone-grilled pizza or juicy empanadas…
And you can’t leave without tasting the famous picadita or a roast with fried potatoes.Of course a choripan in the carts on the waterfront is a must. An afternoon in the forests of Palermo drinking mate and eating croissants is very Buenos Aires.
The best advice is to explore Buenos Aires on foot enjoying its sounds, its smells and its rhythm.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I had many guides and teachers who opened doors for me without knowing they were doing it.
My father, a surgeon, so dedicated to his profession, my grandmother for her love of nature, my first therapist Elena who opened the doors to the world of astrology for me, my friend Silvia who in times of crisis encouraged me to study homeopathy, my friends who were always there and supported me even if they didn’t understand my crazy things, my husband and my children who support me in every new project.
I feel that there are infinite people who allowed me to reach this point in my life, like infinite pearls on a necklace that has not yet been closed…
But above all, the patients who have given themselves in their most vulnerable moments and have trusted…
They have taught me everything I know…And of course special thanks to spaces where I Have studied and worked.
Places where I have studied; Medicine at the University of Salvador, Homeopathy at the Homeos Foundation, Biological Decoding at the Angeles Wolder Institute, Astrology at Casa XI and Mariano Quintas.
Places where I have worked and that have taught me everything I know in relation to patient care: Argerich Hospital in Buenos Aires, Health Center Number 15 in Buenos Aires
