Meet Andy Campos Cosme | Artist and Entrepreneur

We had the good fortune of connecting with Andy Campos Cosme and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Andy, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
For me, starting my own business wasn’t just about making money — it was about creating something that felt deeply personal and meaningful. As an artist, I’ve always believed that expression comes in many forms, and fragrance became another way for me to tell stories — through scent, memory, and emotion.
The idea behind my perfume brand was born from my travels, my performances, and the desire to capture moments and identities in a bottle. I wanted to build something that could live beyond the stage — something that people could connect to, wear, and feel.
It was also about freedom. I didn’t want to wait for opportunities — I wanted to create them. My business is an extension of who I am: creative, bold, and rooted in passion.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My journey as an artist has taken me across continents. I lived and worked in Dubai for seven years as part of the iconic show La Perle, which was one of the most intense and inspiring experiences of my life. Performing in a city that brings together so many cultures pushed me to grow not only as a professional, but as a human being.
After that, I was offered a contract in Las Vegas with Cirque du Soleil The Beatles LOVE, a dream come true for any performer. Being part of that legendary production was both magical and challenging — it took everything I had and gave me memories for life.
When the show eventually closed, life took a sharp turn. I moved to Miami to start over, but I lost my job, I didn’t have a home,. Doors that were once open suddenly shut, and I had to fight just to stay above water.
But I didn’t give up. I took all those experiences — the beauty, the pain, the travel, the triumphs — and turned them into something new. That’s when I decided to start my own perfume brand. It became a way to tell stories through scent, to share emotion in a different form.
Now, whether I’m creating on stage or through my business, everything I do is rooted in resilience, purpose, and the belief that we can always reinvent ourselves.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend were visiting Miami for a week, I’d make sure they experienced the full soul of the city — tropical, vibrant, artistic, and a little wild. Miami is more than parties and palm trees — it’s a mix of cultures, creativity, and energy.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Absolutely. My journey wouldn’t be what it is without the support, love, and belief of some amazing people. First, I want to give a huge shoutout to my family — especially my mother — for always reminding me of my strength, even in the hardest moments.
I also have to recognize the artists and creatives I’ve shared the stage with over the years. Working with Cirque du Soleil, La Perle in Dubai, and other productions around the world, I met people who inspired me, pushed me, and reminded me of the magic we create when we move with purpose.
To my close friends — the ones who stuck with me when I lost everything, when I had no home, no job, no certainty — thank you. Your encouragement gave me light when things felt dark.
And lastly, to every mentor, coach, director, or even stranger who told me ‘keep going’ — I heard you. And I did.
This journey has never been solo. Every step forward carries the fingerprints of those who believed in me when I almost didn’t believe in myself.
