Hi Andy, what’s the most important lesson your business/career has taught you?
The most important lesson I’ve learned through out my business is to always stay consistent. Believe in yourself & you will manifest anything you want in your life. I’m a very strong believer that anyones capable of achieving what they set their mind to. To attract better, you have to be become better. You can’t do the same things & expect change. Transform your mindset. Upgrade your habits. Think positive. Be hopeful & consistent with your evolution. It all starts with you & how you feel about yourself. Never feel discouraged, don’t let your self down before actually trying to do something. Take action & never doubt yourself.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
It was not easy to overcome many challenges through out my business. But i never gave up, & I still haven’t reached my full potential.
Something I’d love to share to the world is to always step outside of your comfort zone.

I’m very proud of where i am right now, but I also feel a person should never get to comfortable, & always thrive for more.

Be ambitious, & humble for what you want & it will always get you a little closer to your goals.

You must value your self enough to take the time every single day to work on you.

A good lesson I’ve learned through out my journey is never doubt yourself & something that sets me aside from others is that I use criticism, to influence & fuel my work & not devalue it.

The most exciting thing about my business is networking & meeting new people while making great friendships & relationships.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
The most exciting people to me are people who support your business with nothing in return, someone who knows how to have a good time with out any trouble. I surround myself with authentic & genuine people that know how to have a good time. I live in Miami & there’s a lot of great places to visit here. A fun place I’d take a friend or a client to, that’s never had the Miami experience is to go to Centro in Wynwood, or blue martini for brunch…. Sundays are meant for a great time in Miami & best believe Miami loves their unlimited mimosas. We’re all about connecting & networking. The famous 305 has lots of under ground talent just waiting to be discovered. We’re surrounded by a plethora of cultures that makes us really diverse. I proudly represent my city & love my city to the fullest.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Everyone in my life deserves a little credit, ever since I started my business, I’ve had the best supporters around me. My friends, family & even acquaintances always show love & give me positive feedback about my business. You always choose who you surround yourself with, & how much time you give all the people in your life.

You choose if people drain your energy, or give you energy based on the quality & compatibility of people you surround yourself with.

I’m surrounded by great & successful friends who are also a very solid support system that only focus on growing & being better.
