We had the good fortune of connecting with Andy & Jordy Figueroa and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Andy & Jordy, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Our father was always good at baking dough and our vision was to create a factory providing pre oven dough & frozen pizza to different restaurants/cafeterias, pizzerias & supermarkets. We also now provide freshly cooked pizzas to the public with our newly opened food truck.

What should our readers know about your business?
Ready Dough Pizza Inc is a family owned business that was founded in 2017. We pursued this business venture due to our fathers love for baking. Our father, Omar, was extremely talented and provided us with all the necessary tips and tricks to help our company grow. Now 6 years later, we have a wholesale par-baked dough line, a frozen pizza line, and we recently opened up our food truck. This process has been anything but easy, however we have pushed through every obstacle and worked harder than ever. We want our customers to know quality is our #1 goal. We aim for our product to be so fresh you can taste it in every bite.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Miami is a place that has everything to offer. If my best friend was visiting the area I would start by taking them to Brickell. Brickell has different cuisine and drinking options, so there is something for everyone there! After I would stop by the beach and enjoy one of Miami’s greatest treasures.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
We want to acknowledge our father, Omar Figueroa. With his experience and skills, we have been able to perfect our product and ensure the best quality to our customers. Omar was a baker for over 30 years and has passed on knowledge that will last us a lifetime.
