Hi Apex Team, what matters most to you?

The Apex Team website starts out by saying “Integrity, Trust, Honesty, Loyalty and Creativity are some of the core values you will see with Cynthia Mondeaux and Christine Ortiz.” Call them value or principles, but these are some of the things we live by in our personal lives, and also carry them into our professional / business life as well!

When purchasing or selling a home, you are trusting someone with one of the biggest decisions of your life. Why not have a team on your side that lives these principles and will give you the trust you deserve to have!!!

There are so many things that can set one Real Estate agent apart from another, but for us, we would like to think that commitment to our clients speaks for itself!

We always say that it takes a lot more than to simply add a lockbox to the door and post the property online. Selling a home takes time, effort, marketing and so much more for a successful closing!

As Real Estate agents, it is so frustrating and upsetting when another agent does not answer the phone or takes a day or 2 to return calls. Some of them will save money by not investing in professional pictures or they might not invest in marketing your property! Sellers end up frustrated wanting to know the reason why their property is not selling.

So how do we do things different to set us apart?
Other than the reason that we give back to our Military and Veteran Communities, we are also passionate about what we do! We will go above and beyond to have you and your property represented the way it should be.

We live, work and play in a great city! West Palm Beach is home to the Kravis Center, The Norton Museum, and amazing beaches! We love going to Clematis or The Square for a nicedinner.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?

We come from a family with a Military background, so let’s give a huge “shoutout” to our Veteran and Military Communities!!!

When Apex Team was formed, the vision was to serve our Military and Veterans in a special way!

We are a family team who not only values our Heroes, but have first hand experience in being a Military family to a Veteran who served 27 years in the Army.
