Today we’re excited to be connecting with Arielle Minicozzi again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.

Arielle, thanks for joining us again. Just to level set a bit for folks who may have missed our last interview together, can you briefly introduce yourself?
I’m Arielle Minicozzi, founder and CEO of Sphynx Automation. We help independent financial advisory firm set up their tech systems and automate their business processes so they can focus on the human side of their work. I am a former financial advisor and RIA owner. As I was setting up these systems in my own practice, other advisors asked if I could help do the same for them. One thing led to another and before I knew it I had a second business that has evolved into my current focus. I no longer do advising, but I still love to help people who help people and I think I can have a bigger, indirect, impact that way.

Alright, so our main goal today is to give our audience an update on what you have been up to since our last conversation. We’d love to hear how things are going and what you are most looking forward to or excited about these days.
So much has happened since the last interview. My life today looks very different than even a few years ago. My business partner, Angela, and I shut down our financial planning practice; Angela to focus on her family and me to focus on Sphynx. I moved back to the east coast (originally from NJ, lived in AZ for six years and now in FL), got divorced, met and married my new husband, and have grown my business and my team beyond what I dreamed possible.

We have now arrived at one of our favorite parts of the interview – the lightning round. We’ll ask you a few quick questions to give us all some fun insights about you.

I feel that this year is going to bring amazing success. In addition to new team members joining us, we’re about to roll out a new service offering that we’ve been working on for several years. This course will allow us to serve newer financial advisors and help them launch their practices with the right tech and processes from day 1.
