We had the good fortune of connecting with Aysha Bellamy and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Aysha, how do you think about risk?
Risk are needed and required, however making you assess each risk is vital to your success. That is a lesson I had to learn the hard way. Durning my childhood, I remained in high risk environments, which lead to operating in high risk business. I am grateful for the ability to take a risk, however learning how to assess which risk are worth being taken helps to formulate a great foundation for any organization.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Growing up, I never felt like everyone else. I learned over my 40 years that I am not. I come from a complex background of trauma and tragedy that has resulted in ability to make meaningful connections in business. My ability Network comes from the heart, which yields a different set of successful results. I am proud of the journey I have had over the last decade. The entire story is one for a book, however the last decade has been laced with tragedy and triumph that housed a unique balance that revealed my genius!
I failed forward and often. I allowed myself to become so fearless of failing that I didn’t realize how much I had won in 2021. I landed a client that put me in a pressure cooker and didn’t realized I would be so damn tasty when they opened the lid. I learned through my failure how brilliant and quick my brain moves. Removing the fear of success was the best choice I could have ever done!
Not hardly! Nothing in life is easy, but it’s the simple steps we take on a consistent basis that go undone and overlooked.
I thought that I was going to loose it at so many points in my journey. I thought I was going to let everyone down and ruin the legacy. I realized I was setting the foundation for the legacy and I kept going!
Be kind to yourself, remain consistent, and never stop migrating. I learned this really is a marathon, so when I find myself winded, stop, drink water, and regain my stride. We only get winded during a sprint. I slowed down so that I could speed up.
What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
Take your story, your struggle, your grit, your hustle, write it down, make it plan, and be fearless enough to attain the success you wrote out for yourself.
Once you’ve done that part, call us to promote it to the WORLD!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Alright, we would make sure to check out Design District because ART… WHY NOT! My best friend and I are such creatives, and the Design District looks yummy for Photos and dope content. The colors would have use creating content most of the day. However, We would make sure to find ourselves at Hauler Beach for a day in the sun! We all need to relax and that will be a day of relaxation. Take a boat to a local beach and enjoy the day on a beach all to ourselves. ANIMALS ARE A MUST! So we would check out Jungle Island, an amazing eco-adventure park in the heart of MIA! Let’s not forget time in Everglades National Park. Another day of natural content being captured. We would have our camera’s ready and eyes open. The sites would be mentally pleasing in a way that would lead to dope literature later.
At least one day of time spent in the Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden. This space offers ability to sit and be one with nature and the feeling of being lost in your own private world, just for a moment.
Of course we would NOT forget to spend time on Ocean Drive! Its like going to Cali and not going to the Coast, that just doesn’t make sense if you can! We would have the greatest time EVER!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
