Meet Bella Zengoski

We had the good fortune of connecting with Bella Zengoski and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Bella, career-wise, where do you want to be in the end?
I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Business majoring in Sport Management, with the goal of building a career in Formula One or Formula 2 as a Driver Manager, Team Manager, or Partnerships Manager. My dream is to be part of a team that travels to every race weekend—forming meaningful connections, representing the brand, and helping drivers and teams succeed on a global stage. Motorsport is more than just a passion for me—it’s the path I want to grow within professionally. I’m excited to keep learning, exploring the world, and discovering more about myself as I gain hands-on experience in the industry.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets me apart is the passion, consistency, and vision I’ve poured into building Bells Pit Lane—a motorsport media platform I created from the ground up, inspired by the incredible Lissie Mackintosh.
What started as a simple Instagram page has now grown into a thriving platform with over 3 million monthly views, exciting collaborations, fan giveaways, and dynamic Formula One content. It’s a space where I share my journey, connect fans with the sport, and bring a fresh, youthful perspective to motorsport media.
I’m most proud of how far I’ve come—especially considering I’ve only just turned 18. It hasn’t been easy. I’ve had to navigate a male-dominated space without any major connections, often needing to prove myself twice as hard. There have been moments of rejection, burnout, and doubt, but I’ve learned that the key to making it is showing up with purpose and passion, especially when things get tough.
Studying a Bachelor of Sports Management has helped me understand the industry from a professional lens, equipping me with the tools I need to turn this passion into a long-term career. The biggest lesson I’ve learned? Never underestimate the power of starting small. You don’t need money, connections, or to watch every single session to succeed. What you need is determination, commitment, and the willingness to put in the hard work. When you do that, the results you’ve been dreaming of will start to find you.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend Annabelle were visiting, I’d show her where I work in F1 because it would be a dream come true to share that with her. We’ve talked about this for years—her visiting me while I’m working in F1, attending the race together, and exploring the city afterward. I’d be so proud to show her how far I’ve come and the work I’ve put in to get here. After the race, we’d spend time checking out the city, grabbing some good food, and just enjoying the experience of being together in such an exciting place.
We’d also make sure to do all the fun touristy things—exploring cool spots, hitting up unique cafes, and having some chill downtime. Whether it’s shopping, visiting museums, or just walking around the city, it would be about enjoying every moment together and soaking up the memories.
I think the best part would be reflecting on everything we’ve accomplished, both in motorsport and in life, and how we’ve always supported each other through every dream we’ve chased.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to give a heartfelt shoutout to the people who’ve played a huge part in my journey so far.
To my high school teachers—thank you for always showing up for me. You went above and beyond in every way, and your support helped shape the person I am today.
To my best friend Annabelle—your loyalty, kindness, and constant support mean the world. You’ve stood by me through everything, doing things you never had to, and I’m forever grateful.
And to Lissie Mackintosh—you are a massive inspiration. Your journey in Formula 1, your authenticity, and your passion for breaking boundaries inspire me every single day. I aspire to follow in your footsteps and hope to one day work alongside you in this incredible industry.
