Meet Bianca Procter | Realtor & yoga instructor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Bianca Procter and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Bianca, we’d love to start by asking you about lessons learned. Is there a lesson you can share with us?
The most important lesson is that being an entrepreneur is a passage way to reaching your highest potential. Usually we are the ones in our own way. When you have a slow season or you see your business start to decline instead of blaming everyone else & pointing the finger at other people or circumstances, you have to look at what you are doing on a consistent basis & how can you improve on that. Its challenging because you have to basically unlearn some aspects of yourself to be a better version. You have to literally assume a different identity & become another version of yourself if you want to reach new heights which is not easy but always worth it.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Currently my business is in real estate. I used to have a yoga business but I didn’t see myself doing that long term. I still do private sessions & group beach yoga but my focus is not in real estate. I feel that the tools I’ve learned about self regulating & holding space for people as a yoga instructor serves me as a realtor because real estate can be a very emotional process so I’m better equipped to help my clients navigate through it
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
One night would be in Fort Lauderdale, we’d go out to the hard rock maybe gamble a little bit, eat at one of the restaurants & finish the night at daer
I would take her to yellow green farmers market during the day to browse eat & shop
Then the second night would be to Miami, we would eat at Doya in wynwood & then head over to the bars there dancing & walking around
The second day would be spent at the beach in the early afternoon soaking in the sun & fresh air
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
