Hi Bojana, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
I wake up every day looking for better ways to provide value to my customers. Real estate is always changing industry and it’s important to keep up to date with current economic and sociodemographic trends and law changes.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Real estate is always changing industry that requires a lot of learning and adjusting to changes in economic and sociodemographic environment. Real estate is extremely competitive but what I believe sets me apart is dedication. I always look for ways to provide value for my customers. It’s more than just finding a home it is finding a perfect match. I anticipate potential obstacles and tackle them ahead of time to make deals close.
My clients recognize and appreciate the value I bring to the table.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would start the day with morning walk on Las Olas and brunch at Europa Cafe which has been my favorite for years. Las Olas has many great shops with very unique merchandise from clothing to jewelry and art. Day at the beach is a must. Marriott Beach Club is amazing, great atmosphere, food and spa. Kaluz on the water is great for dinner or drinks with awesome views. Day 2 would be great to spend on a boat. Docking at Boatyard, another favorite spot, for lunch. Exploring intercostal by a boat is a very unique experience and great opportunity to enjoy the view of some of the most beautiful homes in Fort Lauderdale
Day 3 switch it up and take a day trip to Miami. 1 beach club is perfect for lunch or small bites and drinks. Tropical lounge atmosphere with good music.
Day 4 go down to Hollywood Beach which is more secluded and less busy. Late lunch at GiGi on the water.
Day 5 canoe or paddle board on the inter coastal.
Day 6 night out in Miami, dinner at Carbone or Hasalon followed by drinks at Livingroom in Faena where they have live music
Day 7 back to Las Olas for Sunday brunch at Yamas. Small bites and drinks with interesting crowd and DJ. Shopping at local stores after
