We had the good fortune of connecting with Bre’Anna Rolle and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bre’Anna, as a parent, what do you feel is the most meaningful thing you’ve done for them?
Leadership is a skill that one will obtain through trail and tribulation. Being a mom of 2 for me means being a woman of much integrity, passion, and pride. Although becoming a mom has its many challenges the reward is being able to demonstrate leadership and discipline that will later be instilled in my children. Leadership also comes with having a mind of your own and being true to yourself. I am able to show my children how to run a business and manage the ups and downs that I encounter. Demonstrating good leadership skills as my kids grow with me teaches them how to make logical choices. It’s important that I teach them how to communicate, engage, and network with other people, At 27 years old I can proudly say that I am running a successful event planning business. Moreover, I am exhibiting leadership skills such as emotional intelligence, problem solving, and active listening that my children will be able to use now and in the near future. The greatest gift is knowing that the knowledge and wisdom instilled in you no one can ever take it away from you. Knowlege is power.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
What sets me apart from others is my originality and my creative process. I am able to freely express my art and love for event planning by taking my ideas and executing memorable events. My end goal is to always satisfy my clients and give them the greatest experience possible. My creative process consists of creating mockups that are unique to the specific theme chosen by the client. Mockups allow me to present a visual display for the client. It is extremely important for the client and I to be on the same page throughout the process of planning. Moreover, I am also a balloon artist. I love to create balloon designs that are dramatic and storytelling. Making balloon designs that are appealing to the eye brings me more clientele. I am also able to establish business relationships with other event planners because of my creativity. I am most proud of my growth. I love to look back at pictures and videos in the beginning stages of my business. Looking at how far I have come motivates me to go even harder. Going harder and having a great work ethic has blessed me with so many amazing opportunities! In addition, I got to where I am today by being consistent and networking. Runing my business has not always been peaches and cream. Like every other business owner, we all face many and different challenges. The challenges that we face can be used as lessons to go about things in different ways. Throughout the years I’ve learned that all money isn’t good money, proper preparation prevents poor performance, and to create structure within my business so that everything can run smoothly. The most rewarding thing about establishing this business is maintaining my business over the years regardless of any challenges that I ever faced. I want the world to know and understand that I love what I do, and I enjoy putting smiles on my client’s face and their reactions to the outcome of my hard work. I love being able to say that I did that!!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend wanted to visit the area there would be a few spots that I’d consider taking them. I would start with the Contour Day Spa. The Contour Day Spa offers luxury services such as salon and spa services. Starting the day off at the Contour Day Spa located in Plantation, Florida will bring tranquility, calm, and relaxation to our day. After the Spa we will head to Just Spoons which is approximately 1.4 miles away. Just spoons restaurant is one of my favorite brunch spots. Just spoons serve fresh food, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. After a nice deserving meal, we will head to Miami to a spot called Puttshack. Puttshack is an upscale, tech-infused mini golf experience. The Puttshack offers exceptional food and drinks. As the day continues, we will head back north to painting with a twist. Painting with a twist is a popular social destination where guest gather together to sip wine and create their own work of art. To conclude the rest of the day, we will make reservations at Yolo restaurant located downtown Los Olas. Yolo has an amazing aura. The scenery is remarkable the food is prepared right in front of you, and you get to enjoy the finest drinks.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to give a special thanks to my parents for encouraging me and always being there. My parents have helped me on site by simply giving me an extra hand, built props to incorporate into my setups, and have referred many of their coworkers to me. I would also like to thank Stephanie Hope who is one of my business partners. Stephanie has taught me how to approach different setups by giving me ideas. I have also taken a balloon class with Stephanie as well to better my balloon skills and techniques.
