We had the good fortune of connecting with Briana Beaty and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Briana, how does your business help the community?
That is fun to think about. I would like to think it lends a soft spot for mothers to land. A space for support. Help finding a dentist? Nursing questions? A baby-sitter? Playdates? It’s all here.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Palm Beach Moms is unique in its space. I am grateful for the organic way it has grown as our family has grown. What started as a group text of expectant moms, to a small closed Facebook group is now a flourishing community. That closed Facebook group is 10,000 moms now. As I had the space – an open Facebook page, a website, and instagram page. The community is something I am proud of. Was it easy. Well, I did the technical side of learning (website, marketing etc) on my other business so this really has ben able to be a labor of love done with a joyful heart.
Lessons learned along the way… gosh pretty much daily. Luckily for me, lots of my “research” requires me to get busy living. The technical part of it I try and do while the kiddos are sleeping on in school.
What do I want the world to know about Palm Beach Moms? That at the core it is a love letter. To my kids, to motherhood, to all the children and all the adults who pour into them.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Oh this is my jam!

Let’s stay at the Marriott Singer Island and visit Loggerhead Marine life, climb the Jupiter Lighthouse, and kayak Jonathan Dickson State Park. Take a beach day. Dinner at Limoncello. Lunch at Riverhouse.

Then a few nights at The Ben in West Palm. A show at the Kravis. Walk the Norton Museum. Green Market at the waterfront. Sunset dinner at the Restoration Hardware rooftop. Dinner at Elizabeta’s for an easy walk back to The Ben.

A few nights at the Historic Brazilian Court. Dinner right there at Cafe Boulud. Guided tour at Flagler museum. Breakfast at Field of Greens. Lunch at Sant Ambroeus dinner at Buccan. Rent bikes at The Royal and take them down the lake trail.

Finish with a night at The Seagate. Stroll Atlantic Avenue, stop in Amar for dinner (get the cheese dessert – trust me). Shop at Periwinkle. Make your way to Joyfull for a vegan ice cream in an enchanted garden. Lunch at Delray Market.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
So many people- all the moms that make up our community. The other moms who help me moderate the closed Facebook group of 10,000 – Jaimee, Kerri, Melissa and Nicole.
My bestie in motherhood Lacey.
