I am a Certified Life Coach so I wanted hats that inspire & give people confidence

What should our readers know about your business?
Reesie’s Marvelous Hats was fashioned by me, Carla Smith. I am the first black woman hat apparel business in Massachusetts. I started my business for the inspiration and positive vibe of reassuring people of their potential. I believe my hats are a reflection of self worth and you can reward yourself with a hat that inspires. From luxurious pieces to elegant classics and eloquent designs, Reesie’s Marvelous Hats captures the spirit of life’s many moods and not only offers timeless designs but also tells a story. Uplifting, Magnificent, and Sensational are some of my hats inspiring names, My hats speak your language, an exuberant piece for each and every day. Providing a path for people to stand out, fueling you to feel good and confident.
For me, the truest expression of Reesie’s Marvelous Hats is to uplift all of us, backing each other up, and our community, in order to make people feel vested to invest in themselves and, in turn, the community around them.

We live in a world where we have to create ways to inspire people and make them smile. My hats have had a positive social impact on the wellness and mental health of people of all ages, social & financial statuses thru the inspirational hats that come packaged in fancy bags with tissue paper & a thank you note. My customers have written all 5 star reviews, both on Google and on my website of how their entire hat experience makes them feel good & inspired. My goal is to enhance the wellbeing of communities thru hats. I have a page on alopecia because of friends and family suffering both publicly in privatively. I provide Uplifting beanies and Magnificent turbans because I was told they wanted other options besides wigs. I want them to feel uplifted and magnificent despite suffering from alopecia.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My 1st choice: I would take my friend to Marina Bay in Quincy. It has a beautiful water front view. Nice restaurants & shops.

My 2nd choice:
Would be Seaport in Boston probably for the same reasons as above, but with more restaurant choices & more areas to view the waterfronts. Along with day cruises.
