We had the good fortune of connecting with Carlos Andrade and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Carlos, have there been any changes in how you think about work-life balance?
I used to be really conscious and overanalyze work/life balance…but I’ve come to realize that it’s a myth….and there is no proper work/life balance! If you’re self-aware enough to know when it’s time to take the pedal off the medal and spend more time at home, then go do that! To that same point, you need to know when to triple down on that “thing”! People just need to be more self-aware of what makes them happy, for example, I’m the happiest when I’m working 12-14hrs a day…so I’m going to keep doing that!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
We’re excited to be launching Season3 of the Miami Spotlight Show, especially during this challenging climate! We’’re specifically thankful to reVolver Podcast for giving us an opportunity to be heard on a Global Scale on all Major Platforms; iHeart Radio, Spotify, Apple, Google Podcasts, Deezer and Amazon….just to name a few! My team and I work very hard to make sure we bring you the best content possible – great Interviews, impactful stories and fun and entertaining shows!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
This is a tough question because I have some crazy friends…..and they like doing some crazy sh*t! My first piece of advice is to hangout in Wynwood for a couple of days, the Art District and Mid-Town Miami have become the most popular hot-spot in Miami….you can find everything you want, including HGAB Studios where we record the show (shameless plug)! Then obviously make sure to hit up the beach and soak up the sun and beautiful weather!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Alot of credit to my success goes to the people around me, better known as my team and my family! These people motivate me to show-up and deliver and bring my “A-GAME” everyday!
