We had the good fortune of connecting with Claudia Sirito and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Claudia, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
I feel like one of the most important habits I’ve started to incorporate into my life is asking myself, at different times of the day, if what I’m doing, what I’m saying, is what I really want to do. say etc. If it’s really fun, if it’s good for me or for others. I started to use my time in a other way. I discovered to my self with more available time to grow in my and carrer and purpose of life.
Other good habits are writing down my short-term and long-term goals every year and every month.
It is known that this practice helps our mind to collaborate with the fulfillment of these goals, it will help us find information more easily and new and creative ideas arise.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.

When you have discovered what it is that makes you happy and that contributes something very valuable to others, it is easier for you to make decisions.

Being able to get to live doing what you love and helping many people with your work, with your service, requires a lot of work, at least this is my own experience. It requires that you are always studying and discovering new tools that may be more useful, in my case, to healing.

And the most important thing is your own inner work. Heal your wounds, pains, free yourself from limiting false beliefs, discover your talents. It is a necessary job to be able to offer the best of yourself to others.

Offering people the possibility of working in a single session in Past Life Therapy or in very few sessions and healing issues that have dragged on for years, is a happiness for me.

Teaching about emotional skills, how to manage with them, how to take care of our peace in difficult situations, is a beautiful challenge.

It is a huge and beautiful responsibility to be able to guide, orient that person who consults and who is not in the best moments of it.

Lately I am using this slogan: if we do not help you solve or relief your problem, we will compromise to return your investment.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
One of the places we love is Patagonia Argentina, precisely Villa Lago Hermoso. It is a heavenly place, native forests, beautiful birds, deer, eagles.

This place is located 1500 km from Buenos Aires. You can rent a beautiful cabin or go camping. You can visit the closest city which is San Martín de los Andes, just 30 km from Villa.

You can go trekking, horseback riding, fishing, swimming, photographic safari, eat wonderfully, enjoy homemade chocolates and the best wines of Argentina, ski in winter.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First, my gratitude goes to my parents who let me study without having to go to work. They always supported what I decided to study whatever it was.

There are hundreds of books that helped me to know what I want in my life, to know myself more deeply, to understand how the universe works and its laws.

I can mention incredible authors like Deepak Chopra, Brian Weiss, Barbara Ann Brennan, Elizabeth Kubler Ross, Tony Robbins, Wayne Dyer, Stanislav Grof, Ken Wilber, Fritjof Capra, José Luis Cabouli… The list is infinite.

When I was teenager I knew the Weiss´s book: “Many lives, many masters”. At that time I said to myself: when I finish Psychology I´m going to learn how to work with past lives.

Thank Brian Weiss!
