We had the good fortune of connecting with Coach Tre’ Hopkins and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Coach Tre’, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
After shutting down a previous business, I really wanted to find my purpose/my assignment in life. Something that felt fulfilling and well rounded, so I went on a quest of searching my source, God. I can honestly say that this business idea was not an good idea that I came up with, but it was a God idea and because I was open enough to exploring the possibilities of a new path… my business was birthed. I truly believe that each of us was born with a unique path in life that isn’t really meant to be created on our own, but discovered and then trail-blazed with passion.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Sacred Pleasures LLC is a ” One Stop Shop for all your business development needs.” We partner with our clients to startup, scale up and develop leadership. Not only do we help with planning and strategizing during the brainstorming phase, but we help to establish vision for long term growth by providing a team composed of business consultants, project managers, creative developers and producers to ensure success for every client.

What sets us apart is that we don’t just provide services for clients, but we host a variety of creative subcontracting partners that join as members to work together to provide the best quality services unique to each client. This journey has by far been the most adventurous, but thrilling path to establishing a more firm foundation than I’ve experienced.

I must admit that this idea didn’t originate in me, but through me. I lean on the Creator for guidance in the building process, recognizing that I can’t do this alone by relying solely on my own understanding or skillset. It truly takes a village. As we grow, I am learning the importance of proper delegation and seeking guidance on the “who” and “how” to achieve our goals.

Our aim is to make a mark on the seven major pillars of society by building a network of businesses that support one another in generating wealth, building legacies, and producing a positive impact on the economic development of nations, one business at a time.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’m a pretty chill person and quite frankly I love a little peace and quiet. If I had a friend visiting, one of the first places we’d go is probably to Union Cafe for their brunch buffet because who doesn’t love a good breakfast. Then we’d followup with visiting the stables for a bit of horse back riding to get a little adventure in. One of my favorite places to visit is the Art Museum, so that would like be a great place to check out after going to fuel up for lunch at North Market. Shopping is never a bad idea, so I’d hit the international mall and grab some goods after stopping for a good ole smoothie at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. For dinner, I’d make a nice meal and picnic out on Scioto Mile downtown not far from my house. And of course because I’m a bit of a workaholic, at this point is where I grab my laptop and get busy while we chow down.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d like to believe that every person in my life from the time of my inception has contributed to my journey in “Becoming.” From my parents and the many people who raised & trained me as a child, to every friend, teacher, mentor, counselor, pastor and coach I’ve ever interacted with. Even those who told me “No” in my various business ventures have been instrumental, teaching me resilience and the importance of perseverance.

In my 20s, I turned to self-help books by individuals like Dr Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, Mike Murdock, Bob Proctor, Jerry & Esther Hicks, Tony Robbins and so many others, seeking knowledge and growth, and these too left a mark on my development. Eventually, my quest for understanding led me to the Bible, where I discovered deeper insights and truths. As I reflected on my experiences and the knowledge I had gained, I began to see how everything fit together, each piece contributing to a larger picture.

This journey has ultimately led me into the Kingdom of God—not just the religion often spoken of, but a profound sense of true purpose, identity, assignment, and walking in dominion authority. It is a path that has brought clarity and direction, guiding me to live a life of meaning and impact. I am grateful for every influence, every challenge, and every lesson that has brought me to this point.
