Hi Daniel, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
At Adventure Vault, we believe the key to our success is rooted in excellent customer service. Our Escape Rooms are designed to be deeply immersive, allowing players to feel as though they are truly a part of the theme they’ve chosen. But it’s our exceptional customer service that truly sets us apart and has been integral to our success.

Our Game Masters are the first point of interaction for our customers and play a crucial role in their Adventure Vault experience. It’s their job to ensure every visitor feels welcome, and more importantly, has a great time during their visit. They are committed to turning every trip to our Escape Rooms into an engaging journey from start to finish.

In addition to our Escape Rooms, we’ve recently expanded our offerings to include a Virtual Reality Arcade. This new feature allows for even more immersive experiences. Yet, even in the virtual realm, customer service remains at the forefront. Whether a customer is having issues with their VR headset or connecting with friends in the virtual space, our team is quick to respond and resolve any hiccups. We are dedicated to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable virtual gaming experience for all!

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Adventure Vault kicked off as just an idea about 7.5 years ago when my brother Lucas, his wife Tamara, and I, found ourselves captivated with the concept of Escape Rooms. We were instantly hooked and noticed a gap in our local area – Boca Raton had none! As longtime video game enthusiasts, we saw Escape Rooms as live-action video games, and decided to take a leap of faith. Thus, Adventure Vault was born in a brilliant location we found in Boca Raton.

What makes Adventure Vault unique among the escape rooms out there is our personal touch – we dream up and build our rooms from scratch! Even if we’re working with a familiar theme, we guarantee a totally unique experience. Our rooms and puzzles are designed with a focus on pushing teamwork – players can’t progress until they’ve cracked the puzzle at hand together. It’s a little different from many escape rooms where players can divide and conquer, and sometimes feels like a scavenger hunt, but we believe in the magic of collaboration.

Six years after launching in Boca Raton, we spread our wings to Deerfield Beach and opened a second Adventure Vault location. But we didn’t stop at expanding geographically – we broadened our scope too, by introducing a Virtual Reality Arcade! Now, customers can book different lengths of playtime, with options to play alone or in multiplayer games. With a roster of around 35 video games that keeps growing, there’s always a reason for players to return. We’re also in the process of unveiling three new themes, ensuring each of our locations offers a unique set of adventures.

It hasn’t all been a smooth ride, though. Building an Escape Room and running a business have both been steep learning curves. From figuring out wiring or building a tricky puzzle, to handling the day-to-day challenges of a growing business, we’ve had to learn a lot on the job. We’ve spent countless hours researching and studying, but every moment has been worth it. As business owners, we’ve found that we are often the ones working the hardest, juggling full-time jobs alongside Adventure Vault in the early days. But the lessons we’ve learned and the growth we’ve experienced make it all worthwhile.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
When it comes to showing a best friend an unforgettable time in the area, the first spot on my list (without a hint of bias, of course!) is Adventure Vault. Offering both Escape Rooms and a Virtual Reality Arcade, it’s the perfect spot for a couple of hours packed with exhilaration and fun! Each Escape Room experience is tailored to last about 60 minutes, but quick-thinking teams might just make their escape sooner. As for the Virtual Reality Arcade, we offer flexible booking slots of 15, 30, or 60 minutes. So, if your pal is up for immersive adventures and brain-tingling puzzles, Adventure Vault is just the ticket!

After the excitement of Adventure Vault, a great place to unwind and indulge is Mizner Park. This area offers a a variety of different dining and drinking options. Be it Italian, Asian, or American cuisine you’re craving, Mizner Park’s variety of restaurants and bars has you covered. But it doesn’t end there. Not far from Mizner Park, the downtown areas of Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and Delray offer a bunch of restaurants and bars as well. These city centers brim with incredible eateries, vibrant bars, and many intriguing spots to visit.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
For this shoutout, I really need to shine the spotlight on two very special people – my brother Lucas and his wife Tamara. The story of Adventure Vault truly began when the three of us decided to open our first location in Boca Raton, about 7.5 years ago. Then, with the same spirit, we launched our second site in Deerfield Beach just a year and a half back.

Together, we’ve been continually growing and innovating, constantly pushing the boundaries of what we can offer. I can honestly say that without Lucas and Tamara, we wouldn’t be where we are today. Their hard work, dedication, and enthusiasm have been pivotal in our journey so far, and I can’t wait to see where we’ll go next!
