We had the good fortune of connecting with Danny Eisenshtat and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Danny, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Back in 2021, I participated in a personal development program titled “An Invented Life – My Life, My Design” through Landmark Worldwide. While working with one of the coaches and looking at a specific moment in my past I had an epiphany (one of many for me through the work over at Landmark) and what I saw was how I completely stopped risking myself for things I cared about after tearing my ACL while playing soccer, a sport I had loved ever since I was 4 years old.

What I recognized with that moment is how calculated I became afterward and how present and pervasive fear had been in my life. If the thing I enjoyed most could be taken from me with the snap of a ligament then nothing is truly safe and I should double down and protect the things I have…this was a decision I had made in split second.

At that point, I saw a future where what I desired would always be unattainable if it existed outside of my designated protective zone. I also saw how I would often talk enthusiastically about dreams, goals, and a life full of adventure but take only measured half-steps.

Then, the morning after I had my breakthrough, I walked into my boss’s office and declared my independence from employment, and presented a scenario where his company, which had employed me for over 10 years, could become my first major client.

That was almost a year ago and since then I have continued to invest heavily in myself, my business, and my life, while constantly seeking new opportunities for growth and personal transformation…

…and my previous employer is still a client and a very close friend of mine.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
The thing I believe that sets me apart from other designers is my ability to engage with people and really get into their worlds. It matters to me that my clients feel both seen & heard by me prior to starting any of the design work.

The goal of branding is not to look good but rather for a business to be seen as an authority in what it does best. Therefore I must first align with my client’s vision before I can help them express it in the world.

As a kid, I would spend hours, even days looking for the infamous Waldo and every last object in the “I Spy” book series. I’ve always been obsessed with details which allows me to bring a kind of hyper-awareness and attentiveness to everything I do.

I also don’t have a style, which doesn’t seem like something a designer should brag about, but it’s kinda my SUPERPOWER. I am a chameleon of design and can therefore custom-tailor unique, purposeful, culture-causing looks for each and every client I work with.

I believe that branding is a process of exposing excellence in others and their business(es) by merging strong, consistent messaging with authentic, attention-grabbing visual content.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’m a big fan of being active & healthy, so I’d most likely take a friend to The Square in Downtown West Palm. There are so many great restaurants with health-conscience menus like Planta and True Food Kitchen plus the atmosphere is always lively and fun.

I also love Yum Yum Hot Pot in Port St. Lucie and Bolly Twist in Stuart, which are closer to where I live.

And no trip to the east coast of Florida is complete without a beach day.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to thank my wife, Jillian, for all her love and support! She’s been and continues to be my anchor so I don’t get lost at sea!
