Hi Delores “Del”, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
I was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and I come from a proud Jamaican and Indian heritage. My upbringing played a huge role in shaping who I am today. My parents’ strong work ethic and dedication deeply influenced my values, especially when it comes to perseverance and commitment.

When my parents separated at age 13, I began working for my mother’s boyfriend, who owned Mortgage Clearinghouse—a major company in the early ’90s. That experience sparked my interest in the real estate industry early on. By the age of 20, I was working at one of the most prominent real estate law firms in South Florida. The exposure I gained there was invaluable, and it laid the foundation for my passion for real estate.

After spending many years with the firm, I made the decision to become a Realtor®, combining my legal background with my desire to directly help people find the right home. That journey has led me to where I am today—over 35 years strong in this industry, serving my South Florida community with pride and purpose.

He has been my driving force, pushing me to lead by example, to work with integrity, and to create a life and legacy he can be proud of.
