We had the good fortune of connecting with Dominique Morales and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dominique, what do you attribute your success to?
With over 10 years of helping and advising brands of all sizes how to market and advertise, entrepreneurs that understand these factors attain success one way or another. The most important is adapting, now more than ever this speaks volumes as the market just changed right before our eyes, almost overnight. Staying true to your mission and brand is vital but understanding this is an everchanging market is a key to staying relevant. As consumers are driven by a variety of factors, allowing yourself and brand to transform as many times as needed until you get it “just right”. This usually does not happen overnight which leads to the second factor, passion, and consistency. As Richard Branson says “There is no greater thing you can do with your life and your work than follow your passions in a way that serves the world and you.” Passion does not go unnoticed. People will follow it and be moved by it.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My marketing path has taken me on many roads in so many different industries, platforms, countries, leadership styles. I am so proud of that, I am honored that so many businesses and leaders allowed me the opportunity to learn about their brand and advise them. I owe all my knowledge to their successes and mistakes, this mentality of staying a forever student ensured I would continue to grow and learn. Especially in an industry so closely aligned with technology that is always evolving. I believe achieving anything of real worth takes some sort of sacrifice. That sacrifice starts by getting out of your comfort zone and as any successful entrepreneur will attest, it is more like living minute to minute out of comfort. Challenges and even failures are where the ultimate growth has happened for me. What I remind myself when things get challenging and I feel uncertain about why I do this every day, I remind myself it is not about me. My initial and remaining purpose is to provide a solution based partner for brands. So many marketing companies and professionals trade their money for services with professionals that are not passionate about the success of their business. The success of my clients and partners is where my fulfillment and true success always lies,

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are so many I do not know where to start but most importantly all the female entrepreneurs I’ve met! It is a brave and sometimes lonely thing to risk it all and venture on your own. I have learned from so many, continuously supporting and cheering me on. My cheer team includes Vanessa Vega, Marketing Cliques’ Director, Shari Alhashemi, Founder of Pink Wasabi, Briana Barreras, Founder of Busy Beauty by B, Fatima Lalani, Owner of Face & Beauty bar in Brickell, Liz Gonzales, client and Founder of Family Medical Clinics. Luisa Pena, Realtor, and mother, Lily Borges, Nurse and mother of 3.. just to name a few. These strong, independent women have proven to me how women can truly do ANYTHING!
