Hi Dr. Eboni, let’s talk legacy – what do you want yours to be?
My goal is to leave a legacy of wealth, health, wisdom, and knowledge to my seeds to come. My focus is to impact every individual I come in contact with who engages with my businesses, mentorship program, and non-profit.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Dr. Rainey is originally from Sarasota, FL but now residing in the Orlando, FL area. She is the founder/CEO of Rainey Enterprises, LLC and Hope2Home Foundation, Inc. (Non-profit Organization), Co-Founder of Sassy Sista’s Boutique, and Real Estate Agent. Rainey Enterprises, LLC mission is to provide individuals and small business owners with exceptional, prompt, and equipped services, professional training, and assistance that will help them succeed and/or obtain the job they are seeking. Sassy Sista’s Boutique specializes in customized wigs for women across the globe. With the intention to create a sassy attitude, Sassy Sista’s wig units are tailored to fit the needs of each customer. “Our goal is to build relationships, provide a positive experience, and deliver the best Sassy Sista’s Wig Unit! ”

Dr. Rainey has been in human resources since 2015 and the hair industry since 2004. Her experience and educational background include a Bachelors in Business Marketing at the prestigious Florida A&M University in 2013, Masters in Human Resource Management at Touro University in 2015, and a Doctorate in Entrepreneurship and Business Management at California Intercontinental University in 2018. With her extensive background and heart to help individuals and small businesses across the globe, she will meet the needs of every client to help them walk into their purpose and career.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I enjoy outdoor activities (riding bikes, kayaking, riding scooters around the city), brunch and music (neo soul vibes), food and beverage tasting, and sourcing out new venues, parks, etc. to visit. Winter Park and Downtown outskirts Orlando are great areas I would introduce to visit, network, and socialize.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to dedicate this shoutout to my significant other, family, friends, and mentees that push me every day to become better and hold me accountable for my words and actions.
