Hi Dynasty, what is the most important factor behind your success?
For me, authenticity is the key to the way I guide my existence. Additionally, for building my business and brand, it is the most important factor. As a transformational mindset coach, authenticity IS my business! I work with others to discover, accept, and uplift their self-identities and in this it takes individuals, just like you, to reveal their authentic selves and me offering my authentic self to facilitate healing and transformation.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
As a Mindset Coach I work to reframe maladaptive and destructive thinking that, on some level, we all have been conditioned to believe as truths. What a lot of individuals don’t realize is that the ideals from our families, societies, and experiences have created a working framework of how we govern our lives.

These things aren’t necessarily truths and sometimes hold us back from being our authentic selves and reaching our full potential. Through leading transformational group workshops, speaking at seminars, and coaching with companies I am invested in helping others be the best version of themselves. If we can all learn to accept ourselves for who we truly are we will realize that each and every one of us has unbounded potential and finally give ourselves the love we truly deserve, and thus equally share love with others.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I started my journey of self-actualization, self-love, and acceptance through traveling, and the great thing about that is there are so many things do do right where you are! Even though I work virtually all over the world, I am physically based in Los Angeles. On the top of my list is Yosemite National Park, for me there is no better way to feel full of life than taking in the natural wonders of this earth. Next, I would love to go down to Santa Monica Pier to experience the lively culture of street vendors, amazing restaurants, sites, and the beautiful ocean.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to dedicate my shoutout to every one who is brave enough to dive deeper into their psyche. To those who dare to think introspectively and challenge beliefs and actions that no longer serve them.
