We had the good fortune of connecting with Elizaveta Konoshenko and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Elizaveta, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I started my business because I saw a real gap between creative vision and flawless execution in the events world. After years of managing high-end experiences, I realized that many companies needed not just ideas, but operational support that understands luxury, logistics, and pressure. I’m not just a service provider — I step in as a partner, whether for one event or an ongoing collaboration. I aim to make others shine while ensuring everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My career has been anything but linear, but that’s precisely what shaped me. I spent years in the hospitality and luxury events world — learning to work under pressure, meet the highest standards, and still make it look effortless. What sets me apart is that I’m not just creative or strategic — I’m operational. I bring structure, calm, and foresight into chaotic environments. I know how to read the room, handle demanding expectations, and deliver results without compromising the experience.

I’m a woman who always has a plan, and I think one of the strongest parts of my personality is my endless optimism. I believe deeply—not just in myself but in the people I work with. I invest that belief in my team and every project. I don’t give up, and that resilience has carried me through the toughest parts of the journey.

What also makes me unique is how I build my team. I look for personality first, because success is rooted in interpersonal communication in hospitality and events. My background in interpersonal communication and my current studies in marketing have helped me blend psychology with business, and that’s how I lead. You can teach someone technical skills but can’t teach them how to be the right person for this fast-paced, people-first world. That’s why the energy and character of my team are one of our greatest assets.

I’m proud that I built something with integrity and intention. The road wasn’t easy — I’ve had to prove myself, take risks without a safety net, and grow through uncertainty. But I’ve learned that consistency beats perfection, and trust is built quietly over time. My brand isn’t just about events — it’s about being a partner people can count on when it matters most.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend came to visit Miami for a week, I’d give them the perfect mix of vibrant, elevated, and chill. Miami has this magical way of blending art, energy, and indulgence — and I’d want them to experience it all.

Day 1: We’d kick things off with brunch at Mandolin Aegean Bistro in the Design District—it’s charming, fresh, and the ambiance is effortless. Then, we’d stroll through the Wynwood Walls, followed by rooftop cocktails at ASTRA for sunset views and laid-back beats.

Day 2: A beach day, but make it luxe — I’d reserve a cabana at 1 Hotel South Beach, where we can relax in style. In the evening, dinner at Carbone (if we’re lucky with a table) and a late-night stop at Faena Theater for a dramatic, unforgettable show.

Day 3: Art and culture — we’d visit The Pérez Art Museum and then head to Little Havana for coffee, music, and Cuban soul. Dinner would be at Macchialina for cozy Italian vibes.

Day 4: I’d take them for a wellness reset—maybe a morning yoga class on the beach, spa time at The Standard, and green juices at Pura Vida. Then, we could have a light dinner at Mandolin’s back garden again because, yes, it’s that good.

Day 5: Boat day! I’d rent a boat to explore the bay and catch the skyline from the water. Post-sunset, I’d have dinner at KYU in Wynwood and drinks at The Broken Shaker for something more playful.

Day 6: A mini road trip to Key Biscayne or a quiet moment at Vizcaya Museum & Gardens. Late lunch at Joia Beach, where the views and people-watching are equally stunning.

Day 7: We’d keep it flexible — maybe shopping in the Design District or Brickell City Centre, a spontaneous beach dip, and one last incredible dinner at Sexy Fish or Zuma to end the trip on a high note.

What I love about Miami is that it’s never one-note. It’s creative, stylish, soulful — and there’s always a pocket of magic waiting if you know where to look

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Absolutely. First and foremost, I owe so much to my family. My father always believed in me without hesitation, and with her tough love, my mother gave me the self-discipline and resilience that continue to shape my path. I’m also profoundly grateful to the mentors, clients, and colleagues who challenged me to trust my instincts and take bold steps. The hospitality world taught me precision, service, and the power of presence, and my team, past and present, shows up with heart and dedication every day. None of this would exist without all of them.
