We had the good fortune of connecting with Fabiana Visconti and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Fabiana, we’d love to hear what makes you happy.
I am a very passionate and creative person. I have had very sad periods during my life and I institute a simple rule when I go to sleep: ask myself which good things happened during the day. We all have sad or difficult moments and sometimes it is difficult to be happy 24-7 hours but if at least you can keep positive it will help a lot. During my free time I like to paint Mandalas in glasses so I really enjoy those moments. Also, I do really love to walk in the beach
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My career is Executive Bilingual Assistant. I worked for the United Nations at Lima, Peru for 17 years and one day my position was suddenly closed…one month later my father suffered a brain stroke. At the first moment that everything happened I felt all my world turned down. My father was sick for 7 years and I needed to take care of him, then came the pandemia so I decided: what can I create? I grew up surrounded by delicious food prepared at home so I decided to create TABOLACHARCUTERIE so that people that were at home can get luxury grazing boards. I had a son that was living in Florida, so when my mother and father passed away I moved to Florida. After being here during 2 month, my brain that never stops, I started to think in all the nice food and creations that my mum and grandma used to prepare at home, in all those nice gatherings we have with friends and I decides to start my business here Was and still being a big challenge
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Well for sure I will take my friend to Hollywood Beach, I think it is one of the prettiest beaches in my area. Then we will hang out at night in South Beach and have some Margaritas, of course the shopping will be in Sawgrass Mall . I will take her also to a live concert at Hard Rock Stadium and hang our also at Las Olas Blvd
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My life has been a very hard path. I’m a very strong person that has had so many sad stories in my life but those stories made me wiser and stronger. I received a very good education since I was little at my home and I studied in one of the best schools in my country, all those things and all that I learned gave me tools to become who I am nowadays. So this recognition goes definitely to my mother that is in heaven now
