We had the good fortune of connecting with Fabiola Noel and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Fabiola, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I just wanted to be a boss for as long as I could remember. I always had roles that empowered me to become better, think, and stay on my toes! Being a music junkie, I started my Music Artist Management Business, BlvckPrint Management, where I held shows, concerts, and helped guide artists through their career. My thought process was if you love something, Go for it! That’s what I did, I knew I had to back my words with action! And here we are about 6+ years later still chasing our dreams.

Starting my first business as an artist manager I learned so much in New York – and met so many people that taught me that my voice does matter and I can make a difference in someones life! With that I dove right into starting my business and never looked back! One of the best decisions I went through with by far!

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
For Blvckprint Management it started off as a music artist and events management company that received great clients and supporters in New York. Music has always been a part of life, my dad was a huge Haitian DJ in Rhode Island and had his own radio show. So learning from his work ethic for 4 years, it had me establish Blvckprint Management into a music focused company. I recently rebranded my company, especially during Quarantine, into a Branding and Influencer agency. I want Blvckprint Management to continue elevating brands and people, uplift spirits, and project strong long lasting memories for their audiences and the world! We want to make an impact to continue supporting, giving ideas, and growing business from 0 to 100!

It certainly isn’t easy to run an agency alone – but I didn’t want it to become a firm or anything. I feel the more boutique and personal we are the more we can really grow people and brands to where they need to go. Opportunities are given not taken – we want to give our clients those opportunities and more! If you have a Dollar and a Dream- come to Blvckprint Management!

I also started a Lifestyle Brand called, Fly Antix – where we empower women and entrepreneurs to become the best version of themselves. Fly Antix came about while healing and growing into the women I am today. Self care and awareness is very important to succeed in any career! While they say we’re outrageous for going after our dreams, we do it while being Fly!
Never stop reaching – because they sky is actually NOT the Limit ; society has forced us to settle – that doesn’t sit well with us. Never settle, always live Fly!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I Moved to Miami for the Lifestyle and Culture! And definitely love it here! My favorite spot to go in Miami is to either, Kiki On The River, Alligator Bites at KUSH, and the Beach! Miami has so many things to do I really can’t narrow it down, but eating anywhere by the water is always a relaxing time.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would be selfish to say that I didn’t receive help or advice along my journey! I want to extend thanks to the support and encouragement of my clients for starters! You guys are the main ones that keep me going! I love what I do, and I love it even more when I have strangers say “You know what, let’s do it!”. It shows trust, loyalty, and those two things are all a business needs to succeed. I also want to shoutout all the self-care podcasts out there that encourage me to continue going, even when it seems like a rocky road. Listening to these self-help podcasts, speeches, they all really carry one main message- and that is to KEEP GOING NO MATTER WHAT! We also know that non-supporters are are main motivators!
