We had the good fortune of connecting with Freddy Reyes and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Freddy, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The success of Quality Performance Feed & Supplies is based on the daily commitment that we have with our clients, in always providing them with the best product, the best service and personalized attention based on satisfying their needs.

Being a family company, we have the opportunity to interact more personally with our clients and make them feel at home. We are a growing company with a serious relationship with our suppliers, which allows us to have a variety of products in the area of feed and supplements for animals.

We have a special affection for our business, which motivates us to work hard every day and we know that the effort we invest will be rewarded with more customers and greater recognition in the market.

I deeply appreciate the window that this article offers us to small businesses to make ourselves visible in this time of economic difficulty, in order to make us known to your distinguished readers.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a professional in Business Administration with a specialization in Management, I was born in Venezuela and also lived 8 years in Colombia before finally coming to the United States. Therefore, it has not been easy for us, having to live in different countries due to the well-known political crisis in Venezuela.

But I think that this scenario has made us stronger and more resilient, more united as a family and always with a positive attitude towards life and our future. We transfer this to our company, which allows us to work harder to achieve our goals and put up our idiosyncrasy.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Initially, I would take him to Doral to eat a delicious Venezuelan arepas, then we would travel the entire 8th Street from Tamiami to Downtown, making a mandatory stop in Little Havana. Then we would tour Downtown Miami, Brickell and then see the beautiful murals of Wynwood. I would finally take you to see the sunset in Miami Beach, but not before planning a visit to the amazing Everglades the next day, Miami has it all!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My family, and especially my father, have been a fundamental pillar in my professional and personal growth. I have always been fortunate to have their support during all stages of my life, which has given me the confidence to pursue my dreams and professional projects.

I hope to be able to give my future children the same education, accompaniment, support and affection that I received from my parents, so that they also have the confidence to undertake their plans and fulfill their goals and objectives. The family is the foundation of our society.
