Hi German, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
The process began approximately 7 years ago with my first vacation trip to Miami, in which I noticed on subsequent trips that the construction business was constantly growing. At that time I was developing in the Public Administration of my Country Argentina in which being dependent for approximately 14 years, I made the analysis of venturing independently and forming a Company to enter the construction market in Florida, for the which is born MINELLI SERVICES LLC.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business works in the area of construction in general of homes or businesses, which includes the area of small to large repair services, demolitions, remodeling without demolishing, general interior and exterior painting, etc. We first analyze the need of the potential Client to provide a good job. Being able to get here was not easy, it requires a lot of patience through which you go through many stages that also affect the emotional. The Construction industry is a very competitive market in which it is difficult to insert quickly, it is a slow path in which we can take many walls ahead, but with patience these walls can be avoided. For me, the creation of MINELLI SERVICES LLC, was the perfect excuse to get out of the comfort zone and explore new paths that will provide a good personal and family experience. It is a Company designed to provide a good service to its Clients in terms of costs and benefits.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If I had the opportunity to show my best friend, I would first take him to the Art Deco Zone of Miami Beach to eat at a restaurant on Ocean Dr., enjoy the beach; day 2 go to Bayside to visit its places and enjoy the Sky Views Miami, day 3 walk through Wynwood enjoying Art, day 4 go for a walk to Key West, day 5 visit the Everglades enjoying its nature, day 6 visit the Guitar Hotel from the Hard Rock, its Casino and its food places and on the last day take a shopping trip to the Sawgrass Mills.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
From now on I want to thank my Wife and Daughter, who accompany me in everything, my Family who is in Argentina who encourages me to grow and as I always say, you have to believe in the Power of Attraction for fulfilling the dream of developing independently. , visualize and materialize the only thing you want, that sooner or later everything comes.
